Breakfast was self service which is great for an early start (sign says anytime after 4am is fine for breakfast, earlier would probably be fine tho) . Place is clean, you have to buzz the owner to let you in (he wasn't onsite), someone pitched up later to take our passport details, pay (card fine), etc . No problems at all

We woke up at 5:40am, an hour before takeoff, quick shower, bite to eat, 5 minute walk to airport, x-ray, passport check, and we still had 10 minutes to spare before the gate closed.

Highly recommended, but remember this is budget. If we paid top dollar, the rating would be much, much lower

Friendly place, very clean, comfort - highest level! This place is not far away from city center and and close to airport. Kitchen is open 24 houres, you can drink coffee, tea, water and fruits. Outside is beautiful, small garden, you can rest with cup of coffee.

Such a lovely place to stay!

I absolutely LOVED the Lucky House! The owner is very helpful and kind, and the house itself is beautiful. The cleanliness was fantastic. My single room was amazing and the shared bathroom was big, clean and with all supplies included! It took me 8 minutes to the airport on foot. Such a fantastic location for using the Pisa airport, especially very early in the morning like I did. Finally, the breakfast was so convenient being self-service, and I used it at 4.30 in the morning! Really filling and helpful for me. Checking out was so easy and the experience overall was the best. Good wifi too!

I arrived around midnight and the hosts waited for my arrival. They are super friendly, showed the property and explained everything in detail for me. The room and bathroom are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good and also the WIFI works really well. I can leave my luggage and pick it up later after I check out. I really enjoyed my stay here.

O, how I wished I read some of the bad reviews before. You lucky ones that did not experience the arrogancy of these hosts, I'm really jealous of you.

I'm a big football fan so I booked accommodation with TV. It's EURO season for God's sake! But there was no TV! The lady like tried to fix it first night, but no effort put into it for the next night. And it's an area with not many possibilities. I ended cheering for my team in local pizza joint.

Although it says Amex is accepted, it is not! And the same lady has no idea how to handle the card machine. Had to wait for her husband to come, though had to run the the train.

Single bed is not 90-130 cm wide. More on like 80. Pay attention! And not furnished enough. No mosquito nets which is really necessary in Pisa this time of year!

The attitude of these people is the worst. In many other places they would offer you at least small refund if the things are not like quoted. But they started telling me that Booking.com is guilty. The only bad customer service I had in Italy I've visited this time. If you have a look at all my others ratings of the accommodation, you'll see I'm not a regular complainer. Just please tell me the truth.

I recommend you to stay in Tower's Garden! Than you'll see what's the welcoming attitude. And it's closer to everything!
