Friendly staff, decent room, the rest not so much

Basically too expensive for what you're getting. There is no wifi on the 3rd floor so if that matters for you request a room on first or second. If you're using one of the online bookers, make no assumptions that the room you get is like the one you wanted. The friendly staff speak no english but i got by with my bad spanish. Quiet location a plus. Otherwise a total miss.

Worst place ever!. Better match with cheap hostel. Pictures on the web are far from reality. Dirty, smelly, mold on the walls. Moskitos all around. Bathroom was awful. Breakfast was a joke: mini empanada, mini juice, mini coffee. TV in every room the size of a tablet!

Great location, the rooms leave a lot to be desired.

The location is amazing. But the pictures where obviously done by a professional who brought in lighting. My biggest issue is the lack of lighting, I am using my phone's flashlight to apply my makeup. I hope it all looks better in the morning.

Photos are tricky

Although people from service was smily and nice, our room was nothing compared with the photos of the rooms they post. Was ugly. Bathroom was awful, really small, cheap. There's no closet to put your belongings. There was no water in the freezer. Bed was ok, not uncomfortable.
Not recommend if you have a baby or a toddler and need stroller.

Booked a room, which got ¨cancelled¨. I was given another room in terrible conditions, had to go to a hostel. Hotel was not at all as depicted in the site. The hotel declined to refund money even though they couldnt give me the room that had been booked.
