We stayed here for a second time as we loved it last year. The apartments have all you need and the pool / bar is very handy. The food served here is top quality and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as it's near the centre and the beach.

Stayed at Kavos bay apartments. We visited Manos pool bar as the staff and food was great . It has a good combination of beach and pool . Everyone is welcome . There's a quiz night on Fridays which is fun and lightheartedly taken by all . Food only in the day and I recommend the club sandwich and the Crete salad yum yum . Cocktails in the evening by Hercules are great . It was the family friendly atmosphere that was the attraction by far . Well worth a visit on your walk into town .

Manos apartments. Clean, friendly with excellent staff. Lunchtime food is the best. Hercules makes the most amazing cocktails and Lorraine always makes us feel welcome.
Beach across the road and harbour 5 min walk away.
Quiet, peaceful and been back 5 times!
Love to all at Manos.

These apartments were basic but clean and maintained several times a week. The staff were all really lovely but there are two members of the staff worth a mention. Larraine did everything she could to help make the stay there great and the night barman Hercules was excellent, he made everyone feel welcome and was full of information about Elounda. He definitely made the stay wonderful thank you

Disappointed

The location of the apartments could not be better. At the edge of the town and directly opposite the beach.
Stayed for 2 weeks visited various tavernas, never had a bad meal, our favourite was Dimitris in the centre.
However...
Thomson rep, waste of space!
Apartment, we had no 4. It is opposite the eating area. There was very little space inside with 2 single beds pushed together. No where to eat indoors, not even one chair!
If we wanted to sit down we had to sit on the balcony and be stared at by all the other guests, some were even quite rude pointing at us whilst we were eating!!
There is noise from the bar, so we had to have the shutters down at night, but it can still be heard.
Went 3 days without having a cleaner, so toilet bin not emptied, which is not good.
Brochure said bbq and entertainment. No bbq, 1 quiz in 2 weeks.
It is also a pool bar, so the pool is visited by anyone in Elounda, and not everyone was quite so respectful.
Loved Elounda, very disappointed in the Manos apartments.
