Peaceful piece of land
Murat Don 26/08/2017 15:37End of the mansoon season, second half of august we had a trip to marari beach. It is really very peaceful. Sometimes you fell like the staff is serving only for you, like all the land is yours. In such a case you may think that you will bored after a while. If so boat trip to back waters or daily trip takeddy may keep you enjoyed. I think area already have a touristic character but marari beach resort makes the experience better.
Kerala Village experience
Georgeminuon 25/08/2017 10:13A very unique resort with excellent rooms. Looks like the property has its own private beach though it is not very suitable for swimming.
Courteous staff, and the food is really good. It is a 60 acre property so be prepared for a lot of walking.
Makes you feel very Special
Anjutreson 21/08/2017 05:04This was our second stay here. Right from our welcome drink, they made sure we felt special and showed how much they appreciated a guest return to them again. We stayed at the pool villa and it was really decked up for our arrival with personalised greetings etc.
The beach was beautiful but as most of the days, it was too rough to take a dip. Anyway the beach is steep here and not suited for a swim. We had to be content with our own pool. They also have a beautiful common pool.
The resort is quiet spread out and they have few activities to keep you involved.
The service was excellent, only complaint was that we didn’t have a TV in our room.

Reaxing last days in Kerala
Siggyminton 19/08/2017 13:32We spent three nights at Marari Beach resort, at the end of our Kerala experience, wonderful setting and a beautifully appointed chalet with an outside, enclosed courtyard bathroom, odd but great fun. The restaurant is very good, with an a la carte option for those whose spice buds have been tested to destruction, familiar western meals are available. tea on the lawn in the afternoon is a must, the pool is like good with towels at hand, similarly available near the beach along with refreshing water and cold flannels, welcome after a walk along the beautiful beach watching fishermen at work, scuttling crabs across white sands and rolling waves from the Arabian sea. There is an option to use bicycles outside of the complex, to be honest we were happy to stay and relax, take time to visit the hotel garden and the butterfly garden too, with a small shop on site last minute presents can be bought not forgetting the staff in all areas who are very accommodating and thoughtful, my only criticism is walking along the paths in the dark which are poorly lit, but with a torch is easily remedied. loved this place.
