Best hotel I have stayed at in Conakry

I have to been to Guinea several times, but this hotel has been the most comfortable. The rooms are always clean, the food is the best I have had in Conakry. The staff is prompt, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They always accommodate your needs.

I have been in and out of Guinea for the past 10 years. Of all the Hotels the Mariador Palace is the only place we stay. It is one of the Safest places to stay. When things in country turned bad the staff and the owners took our safety seriously. The rooms are always clean and above standard for Guinea. (Don,t understand the review below about cleanliness) The food is excellent and we have never had anyone have trouble with it. (Cant say that about the other hotels. The staff is prompt, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They always accommodate your needs.

If you are going to Guinea this is the safest, cleanest and most professional hotel in Guinea. I spend several months in hotels when I am in Guinea. This is the only one to stay in. Its a little drive out of the city center but that is a good thing.

If you are staying in Conakry. This is the only place to stay.

This hotel is a shame, prices are the one of a 4 Star Hotel, but rooms and style deserve maximum 1 Star. Probably, standard of this country are really low, but wherever in the world, such a price doesn't worth a place like this

Rooms are old fashioned and dirty (Check the pictures).

Restaurant: Cook and waiter are really nice, but the choice for breakfast is poor. Moreover you have to wait a lot to get your food for lunch an dinner, but the quality is ok.

The only good point, the staff was nice.

Unfortunately the best of a bad lot!

Grubby: from reception to room, some aspects bordering on dilapidated. Bland food. Terrible service. Intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity, and only at reception area. Overpriced rooms, drinks, food. Did I mention the terrible service?

Fairly close to airport. Probably the 2nd best hotel Conakry has to offer. Beautiful pool deck.

Staying in this hotel is terrible, i switched directly and went to Riviera Tauyah Hotel which is sitiuated 5 minutes away from The Marriadore hotel, Where i got all what i needed from food quality, spacious hotel rooms and cleanliness, Staying in Marriador was a big mistake i did,i highly reccomened to visit the Riviera Tauyah Hotel, this is all what you need in conakry from cleanliness, safety and food quality.
