Fair value, right next to Savedra Dive Center, 30 seconds from the diving boats.
Nothing fancy but they're not pretending to be.
Rooms are clean and comfortable!
You have to go to a restaurant to get your breakfast, with vouchers. No one told us where when we checked in but it was late so, no big deal.
Breakfast is a bit light, though.

Amongst many hotels that provide diving facilities, I would say this Resort are reasonably spacious and clean. However the price could be on the high side I think ? The Housekeeping is on daily basis. You'll find clean towels, make up bed and clean dustbins dailies. They do change the bedsheets on alternates days. I supposed they do expect the divers nap in the " not so dry " outfit or it should be changed ! Every unit will have a balcony !

Various restaurants along the street front, near Pangsana Beach, the house reef is just right in front and I definitely hate to walk too far get to get to the boat. Everything was pleasant and divine.

You'll be surprised of the nice restaurant not very near to the resort, that are basically where you'll have your breakfast. Astonishing view !!

As for the location itself, of course it is near the beach ( not sandy beach ) and it's pretty far from the town area. If you wish to get to town, you can request the Dive centre or the guard to help you ask for a Tricycle. it fit 4, 3 build up guys and myself for about 120-150 peso. Do not hesitate to give a ride to town. There are plenty to find out.

One thing which I was quite surprised, resort doesn't provide hair dryer ! Bring your own if that's part of your essential !

No frills but well located

The resort is not much of a resort but provides the absolute basics - bed, aircon, a shower that barely works [we mostly used the bucket in the shower] and a toilet. It's perfectly situated for diving since Savedra Diving is right outside, a 50m walk to the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars but the rooms are really basic - fine if thats all you're expecting, not fine if you were hoping for a little more comfort. Also, the bar outside plays dance music until 4 in the morning and the bass is quite audible all through the night.

We paid two thousand a night for room number two. Stayed three nights. Dived next door literally at Savedra. Our room at least we comfortable, large, air-conditioned, and everything worked. Housekeeping was very effective. Staff extremely polite . Bathroom was also clean and definitely well maintained. The breakfast was adequate and included in the price. I would certainly recommend it anytime

We stayed in room number 6 and it's upstairs. Simple, nice and clean. Very spacious. It has veranda where you can smoke and with partial view of the sea. Room's equipped with AC, TV, hot and cold shower. There's also a water heater if you want to have coffee. The guard was very accomodating when we arrived and he was the one who assisted us in our room bc we arrived around 8pm. He gave us our key and bfast stub for our whole stay. The dive shop was located in front of the resort and they're the one who's in charge with the resort's accomodation. Janice, the dive shop staff was very friendly and accomodating also.
The resort is not located in front of the beach but its worth the price if you want to stay in a budget-friendly place.
