Money stolen from buggy while on course golfing

BEWARE: All money (300+ euro) was stolen from our buggy while putting out on par 3 in middle of our round. We saw the man walking away from our buggies. Reported incident to club manager, but he basically stated that this has not happened before. Keep your money close to you while playing this course! Great golf course, but not very safe if people can hide in the bushes and steal money from you.

Great Golf Course in great condition. It's one of the best near to Vilamoura.
Friendly and helpful people on and off the course.

This course was the best of the 3 oceanic courses (now Dom Pedro). I scored rubbish but that was me not the course. It is tight lined with trees with great greens.
The round was slow just over 5 and a half hours and we played on a Friday.

We like to stop to have a bite to eat and a drink. Whilst the food was okay my three playing partners had eaten their food before mine arrived and with no word of an apology.

Also the shuttle bus was promised for 20 minutes and arrived an hour and a half later with he driver being rude and accusing me of not booking and drove like a loony.

So good course but complete lack of service in other parts of the experience.

What a gem! A superb course which I can't recommend highly enough. Yes it is one of the more expensive courses but if you can treat yourself to a quality course then this is one of the top two courses I have played in the area (the other is VDL Royal)

Super championship course in outstanding condition and a must do for any golfers visiting Portugal, we shall be returning .
