Excellent waste of money

Bad food, unhappy staff, even lack of glass for drinks, poor room furniture, it is extremely expensive when you compare with what you get. We stayed there as 3 families and kids. It doesnt worth any stars as a hotel but the beach and nature.

you reach here through a nice, warm forest road. the hotel is good for Russian and Ukranian tourists, however I cant say the same think for local Turkish tourists. every single activity and other facilities are for them.

you may easily find fish, chicken, meats, pastry, etc. in every meal, although they are not best taste, I could say average fot meals and drinks. Rooms are fine,

I have to add, if you are having obsticles or a disabled person; the are 30- 35 steps to reach the beach and pool area from the lobby where the evelator stops. I dont like this.

so far so good for the price I could say last. enjoy the sea and the view

We stayed at Cosmopolitan for 7 nights from 30th August to 6th September, we had booked through Loveholidays at a really good price for all inclusive, after reading some of the reviews we didn't hold out much hope but felt we would make the best of it.
On arrival approx 4am we were shown to our room (in the old block) by a Porter which was a great first impression. On reviewing the room (room number 1404) it was a one bedroom apartment with 2 single beds (no storage but i just piled my clothes on the dressing table - no issue at all) and main room had 2 sofa beds, a wardrobe with minimal hangers (hubby just piled his clothes in the bottom of the wardrobe) it had a safe inside, small kitchenette with kettle, fridge with ice box, and sink, the bathroom had a bath with shower over the bath, toilet and sink, we had a huge balcony off the bedroom and a smaller balcony off the living area. The room was clean, spacious if not a little dated but bearing in mind how much time you actually spend in your room we were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel provide towels for the pool which there are 2, and rooms are cleaned daily, the charge for the safe is 60tl, there is a spa and turkish bath i personally dont partake but speaking to other guests it is excellent and well worth the cost, there is also a jewellers, tattooist, hair dresser, doctors room, shop, and photographer, if you need to use the hotel computer it's 5tl for 30 minutes but don't waste your time it doesn't load, reception are very friendly and will try to assist as best they can which they did when we asked if the beds could be made into a double and it was done straight away.

Food at Cosmopolitan is very good, the restaurant is buffet style and can get manic at peak times, running out of cutlery and glasses but if your polite and happy to ask the staff theyre more than willing to assist you with finding you what you need. BREAKFAST - dont expect a full english, there was a selection of pastries, cereals, friuts, breads, cheeses, and some buffet items i chose not to try but you can get an omlette or fried eggs cooked to your liking so you should be able to get something to eat, i personally only ate breakfast once in the hotel. Lunch and dinner there is an abundance of choice, dont be afraid to try it even if it doesnt look appealing it's more than likely really tasty which is what i found and loved trying different foods, there is also a full salad bar and dessert bar, the water and juices are self serve which is great in the restaurant, there are water and juice dispensers around the pools also, there is a pool bar at the larger pool that serves from 11.30am til 4pm a selection of chicken wraps, burgers, chips and salads.
There are 2 pool bars serving drinks from 10.00am til 11pm.

All the staff are friendly and helpful and work really hard and long hours to make your stay enjoyable, all in all we enjoyed our time at Cosmopolitan and would definitely recommend.

A good choice for a good price

We stayed for a week. Staff was very friendly especially Lotus bar staff and Kate.Rooms were clean and big enough. Location was great. It has a private beach. Rooms and restaurants were very close to seaside. Food was good enough. I would definitely recommend.

We spend 7 days in this hotel in July 2016 . De Luxe room was clean and spacious. Food was good taste but not exotic. I recomend the marine tour "6 islands" and the Spa-center in this hotel, especially massages from Dayu.
There are many wasps in a restaurant near cakes and meat dishes, it's terribly!
And our room at the first floor had a smell of damp.
But overall impression is very good ^)
