This appeared to be a very beautiful facility on the outside, but the service it offered on many fronts left a lot to be desired. This ranged from lack of a wide variety of entertainment tv channels, to a lack of commitment to contribute to the curbing of STI infections.

Extended Business Trip

An very exciting trip to one of the last few untouched places on earth! Time stands still. People are very friendly and the earth is as raw as it can get. The beautiful ruggedness of the scenery around the town of Maseru makes you feel transported back in time. The hotel had aged with grace. Though in many areas a facelift is urgently required, it comes along with a certain charms of the past. The very friendly team more than compensate for the product short comings. The room was very clean, cozy and warm - as outside temperatures dropped down to 0C.

TV is not satisfactory. I called them several times to fix the picture quality of my room's TV but failed. the channels promised are a lie. my perception is that they make channels favourable to them available only. I complained about TV Lesotho but was never assisted till my check-out

Stayed at the hotel for a business trip. Staff was very friendly and efficient . Good room service and at the restaurant had a friendly and helpful waiter . Food was good but the hotel itself is very dated and requires a urgent make over busy falling apart .

Avani Maseru is a beautiful Hotel and with very pleasant staff. In order for the Hotel to remain relevant it needs a total revamp. Bathroom would be the first place to start and also change the carpets they look really old
