Very comfortable and convenient.
pies2008on 12/06/2017 04:26Full size rooms and all luxuries including bath. Luxurious bed and abundant pillows. A pleasure to occupy. Short walk to the castle and many restaurants. Very very helpful front desk and everything to maximise the enjoyment of this wonderful small town. Great value and we would have been happy to extend our stay. Surely this hotel is hard to beat.

Excellent boutique hotel
JananCordellon 08/06/2017 00:02We stayed in Matsumoto Marounichi hotel when we were on our way to Tokyo for one night, We wished we could have stayed longer. Great location, staff, fantastic buffet breakfast...we would definitely stay in this hotel again..highly recommended...
very close to matsumoto castle

It takes around 15-20 mins walk from the Matsumoto JR and bus station. It is very close to the Castle and Family mart.
Room
The room and bathroom is surprisingly huge. The first room they assigned to me got some odd smell, but the staff were helpful and arranged another room for me. Other than that, the room was comfy.
Very near to Matsumoto castle
Raratraveleron 14/05/2017 12:01Hotel is located right in town, Matsumoto castle is approximately 5 to 8 mins walk from the hotel. The room is nicely furbished and overall cleanliness is good.The Family mart is on the way to Matsumoto castle, near to the hotel as well.
Breakfast spread was ok with the usual western sausages, bread and ham etc.
