Comfortable stay
Luisa Ron 10/08/2017 18:26This hotel is very well located in Zona 10. The suites have a small kitchen and living room making it perfect for longer stays. Breaksfast was included and good quality. The staff were really attentive, they treated my small son with great smiles.
An airport hotel that charges for the airport transfer
Janki77on 17/07/2017 03:55I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, which would be convenient for my 6:45 am flight. The hotel is nicely located in the Zona Viva, with some decent restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is nice enough, though nothing spectacular. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable (perhaps a little on the tired side). However... I've stayed in a fair share of airport hotels over the years. To this day I have never been charged for the airport transfer, especially for a hotel which is more or less co-located with the airport and uses this in its marketing. It was therefore a great surprise when I discovered upon checkout that I was being charged US$ 5 for my five-minute transfer to the airport! Also, the internet connection was not as good as what I would expect from a business hotel.

_rene_camibaon 12/07/2017 20:15Camiba art took us to this hotel in one of the best areas in Guatemala City. The service was very good, our room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant is nice. I would stay here again. Location is very convenient to a lot of nice restaurants.
NO friendly staff, little knowledge of customer service.
rovenstinezon 08/07/2017 00:55Okay, so I had a senior moment, and accientally booked 3 rooms, for the same night. We had one room for grandpa and the grandsons, one room for grandma and the grand daughters. She left for Houston, the third night, the third room, just grandma and grandpa would be taking the room. They got PAID...from Hotels..for 3 rooms, we used two and they refused to roll over ONE day, and give us a courtesy room, when I pleaded with them that they would gain a happy customer if they were gracious and kind, they said it was not important... MONEY...was important...so they forced me to pay....when I did NOT occupy the room, no key was given, no towels used, and they would not let me change..said it had to be cancelled on the website. So much for Merure.
Great and Nice Hotel at Affordable Price

We were in the 9th floor with a great city view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night even though it's a business zone. It is within 10mins from the airport. I know I'll want to stay here again if I get another chance to visit Guatemala. The breakfast buffet was good as well. They'll make the eggs the way you want it in front of you.
