Good Property but service & food not upto 4 star hotel standard
Ricky Ron 30/08/2017 18:47The property & stay was good... Service is very bad... Inspite of Restaurant Manager the service was pathetic... For a Vanilla Ice cream they give me after 1 hour... The food is ok... not up to the standard as we except from the 4 star hotel... Less variety in buffet... Desert variety was full of cake & pastry... There was no Ice-Cream, Indian sweets... But lot of pastry.. How much pastry will eat in desert... There should be a variation...

Weekend getaway
fernweh1402on 27/08/2017 18:45We went to Mercure hotel in lavasa for the long weekend. They don't have valet parking n u need to find a spot outside the hotel to park car. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities. They do not have much options for indoor games only chess and carrom. Breakfast menu was good with variety. Its very near to the waterfront which is the main highlight of lavasa.
Lovely Trip
Chirag Mon 20/08/2017 20:05We have visited this hotel on 13th to 15th August for two Nights stay. Booked Superior Twin Room. Rooms were fine and comfortable. We went 2 couples. Breakfast we're wide spread. Lunch was good on first day while we checked in. Lunch & Dinner were not included with stay but had kept it optional for approx Rs.800/- per person.
Somehow varieties on Alla kart menu was not enough as we were expecting to take our dinner at Room after a booze. And It was heavily expensive too.
Ambience was good. Staff was courteous. Good basement Parking place within hotel.
Above all good for stay with package cost us approx 16000/- for two nights only stay with breakfast. I feel personally about the food was way too expensive if you didn't opt for food package.
Perfect Monsoon getaway
kamalkitchenon 19/08/2017 10:38The Mercure Lavasa offered a warm welcome after the drive from Pune. There were a lot of people checking in but a cold welcome drink made the wait easier. Part of the Accor Hotels group, it has 130 rooms spread across four floors. Our room was nonsmoking as requested.
The room was good sized with all the amenities you expect from a mid range hotel. A basket of fruit and chocolate dessert put a smile on my face. There was a tea/ coffee maker and well stocked mini bar, big flat screen TV and a bathrobe with slippers. I was all set to lean back in the arm chair and put my feet up on the ottoman.
The best thing about the room was of course the balcony. Although not large enough to hold chairs, it was perfect for standing and staring at the mountains that surrounded the hotel. That’s what I did for most of my stay – stared at the mist covered mountains from the balcony.
The Mercure Lavasa had a big room service menu, and a midnight menu too. There were several options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian food, Indian as well as non Indian.
You can read more about my experience at my blog. Overall, it was a pleasant experience made more so by the friendly and warm service. They have the standard stuff you expect from this level of hotel but the service sets them apart.
