Very Nice Place To Stay
inder77baton 29/08/2017 06:29Nice place to stay ... right at the Miramar beach ... the Cottage are awesome and peaceful .... the complimentary break fast at the hotel is good and has lot of variety ... right in front of the hotel yoy have a bus stand and you can travel to the city market or main bus stand in 5 to 10 mins time at a economical price .... you have cheap rooms just besides the cottages with a stand alone complex even those rooms are spacious ... you have a daily tour packages from the hotel side with a per person fee ... GTDC goa hotels and resorts i have stayed in most of them the staff are co operative and even help you in early check in at times as per availability .... this hotel is just 3 to 4 kms distance from the main panjim bus stand ....

Nilashree Con 25/08/2017 10:36Me and my boss stayed here from 18th Aug-21st Aug.We booked their Bungalows(B3 &B4).The rooms are very big and clean.Excellent service and large spread of breakfast.
The people are warm and always ready to help.Special thanks to Mr.Bernardo and Mr.Dilip Kumar for such a great hospitality.
It is close from the beach and walkable.Travelling from there is easy and all modes of transport are available and even you can hire your own scoot/bike.Will come back again.
Best Option for family travellers!
Chandan Kon 18/08/2017 16:19If you're travelling with your family then this is the best option you'll find. Hotel is very near to Panjim main city. Though it is just adjacent to Miramar beach but, now Miramar beach has lost its all charm and is same as most beaches in Mumbai. Miramar Residency comes under Goa Tourism Authority so from here you can book your ferry tickets, bus tickets and all other necessary assistance you would want especially when you are travelling with your family.

Very Good Hotel - Good Location - Needs a bit of internal Renovation
joyienjoyon 10/06/2017 12:43The place is located close to Miramar beach. A backward gate is available for reaching the beach directly (for Foodland Restaurent). The construction is good and plot is covered with coconut trees. The only set back in the AC rooms are Non-Maintained ACs, not so clean walls, and toilets. But the good point is a very helpful group of people running the place, which makes-up for small problems.
