Relaxing Stay
arlene_108on 14/06/2017 08:59The resort is located far from the city center in an isolated part of the island. Not accessible if you don't have your own car. We rode a taxi from Legazpi City to the Resort which cost P2,000. Transfer from the airport costs P600 per adult per way in a shared van, which isn't very comfortable. Since the resort is isolated, better stock up on your chips and some snacks before going.
We stayed in a Pacific View Room. The room is big and really very very nice. The beds are very comfortable, but towels are a bit worn.
Check in was easy but we waited for like an hour for the golf cart that will take us to our room. Room service was also bad. Took almost 2 hours for the order to arrive. Food in the one restaurant is a bit expensive and very limited, but taste good.
We enjoyed the pools and the beach. Water in the beach is clearer when it's high tide. Quite an enjoyable stay if not fornthe service fails.
Needs more improvement
Jay-ar Son 10/06/2017 12:08While the pools look enticing and nice, they are apparently not enough to rate this resort stellar. The food is just okay; buffet breakfast has variegated selections but nothing extraordinarily good. The rooms are tidy and nice but a bit small for the price. You might have to bring aqua shoes as the beach is not too spotless. Overall, our stay is okay, but the place could use more improvement to justify the prices.

rf3noson 10/06/2017 11:29Stayed at the pool view villa..so relaxing!so nice view of the whole pool area. So clean & quiet. Spacious room w/superb amenities! Nice places to see around the whole resort. Would like to go back again..

The service is OK ( actually SAVES the resort ) stuff are super nice .
The room is OK . The bath room is not CLEAN and has MILDEWS.(YUCK).
The worst is the restaurant .The menu is all over the place. taste is terrible ,under cooked potatoes ,the meat are tough .And the worst is .IT IS ON A MOTHER'S DAY DINNER SERVICE .How can a world class resort like these serve these kind of food? and there is no other place to eat in the area ,so you're stuck with the rip off . 650.00 pesos which is US $13.00 for food that seems like put together with what ever left over in the refrigerator.
The next morning got better . The EGGS oh !!! the EGGS are not fresh . It has A un-fresh taste(I did not eat it ) . The rest of the menu at lease eatable but still US$13.00 .
Price is not an issue .If it's FAIR for you Guest .
The reason we went there is that my family was WOWED with the quality of service and the food that they served July of 2016.WHAT HAPPENED?
You guys need to take a look on your restaurant service ,It really affects the over all experience of the trip

Food is also good. Filipino/Bicolano with a twist.
The front desk staff are helpful and always ready to help.
But for a "luxury" resort, their room needs updating. The bathroom isn't that nice and the drain in our room easily gets clogged. I hope they provide good and efficient WiFi.
