Nice Hotel
Mitra Mon 20/12/2016 06:23We stayed 4 nights there. The hotel is nice, The lobby, the rooms, the dining room etc. We had everything we needed. But if the people who work there could talk English, it would be much better. I liked this hotel :)
Moderate hotel
clonomaon 20/09/2016 21:25Good and helpful staff, very big rooms with good and acceptable furniture, bed covering, floor, bathroom, towel and bathrobes were acceptable and clean enough (but not glowing like a pearl!) breakfast was moderate, location was not near to the city tourist attractions, no metro station nearby. Some taxi drivers fail to find it easily and it is not a famous hotel for them. Somking is allowed in most of public parts of hotel although there are some nonsmoking areas nearby (it is also about the city generally)
Suitable place for either business or family trip
Ali Hon 27/07/2016 09:02This can be considered as a nice standard hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Clean rooms,bed covers,wash rooms and towels well behaving and helpful personnel are all good points of this hotel, choices on breakfast and minibar are fairly acceptable. The only missing part was toothbrush in the washroom. AC was felt not to be strong enough for ventilation how ever nice weather in baku allows you to open window and enjoy fresh air.
It takes less than 30 minutes to airport in normal traffic conditions and around 16 to 17 manat.

Haydi Bon 03/05/2016 06:36It is a very good hotel 4 star , the room was very big and luxury and very clean room and bathroom , the staff was friendly and nice , the breakfast was amazing and contains many different types .it is recommended if you are came to baku 👍👍👍
3 star hit and miss
Mroehron 02/10/2013 15:23I stayed several times at the Modern Hotel from September 2012 to January 2013.Reception staff is friendly.
Rooms can be hit and miss.May be nice , may be smelly.But all rooms and Bathrooms are of good size. Breakfast is rather mediocre and the Restaurant Service staff without a smile and lazy. Food besides BF is very poor. Hotel itself has no style at all. Location is ok.
There is better 3 star Hotels in Baku.
