Good location, fair service
CsongorAmiGOon 02/06/2017 21:44The hotel is located only few steps from the beach. The receptionists are helpful and kind with very good english. The room is correct, maybe not a 4star, but an average 3star, with very comfi bed, and spacious bathroom. The AC is working fine, the room temperature is cool. There is no lift/elevator, so you'll need to climb the stairs. Good for some nights, even if you are on a summer holiday. There is a la carte breakfast included in b&b service.
Brilliant base for discovering lovely Tivat
Geoff67on 12/10/2016 12:46A party of 6 of us stayed here. I drew the short straw and got the single room, but it was still big enough for my needs. Excellent value for money as I paid around £40 per night B&B. Breakfast was good too, cooked to order, no stale buffet! The hotel has two reserved parking spots in the street if you have a hire car. Wi-Fi is excellent too, which you can't always say is the case.
Excellent hotel restaurant
Jeffrey Con 14/07/2016 15:56On a day we wanted to use a special restaurant, our first choice was closed due to a private function. On checking on T.A. This place came up and we were delighted with the choice. We opted to sit inside, which was a good choice due to the high humidity and heat outside. The choice of raw and fresh seafood was great followed by some very nice fish for the ladies and an excellent piece of grilled fillet, followed by a small selction of sweets, which we normally do not partake in. Excellent choice and value for money - do not miss out if you are in Tivat!
Good location
sunshadeson 07/06/2016 06:14Staff really nice and helpful in fact couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast nice outside but views not the best. Rooms were quite good but contained too much furniture, had to do a bit of 'removals' so we could move around the room. Air con just about good enough, might struggle in July/Aug. No lift, however the guy at reception carried suitcase. The location is excellent and they have a couple of reserved car parking places at the front.
Would I stay here again? Yes but I think they need to invest, Tivat is very up and coming and lots of money being spent to attract tourism. Wouldn't like to see hotel get left behind.
Montenegrino Restaurant
Jen2Lionson 26/05/2016 14:20Although we stayed at a neighbouring hotel, we ate here a few times.
The dining room is traditionally furnished, which makes it seem quite formal. The menu was much like others we experienced, but the quality was a little better.
One of the waiters, Sasha, was particularly sociable, took time to explain some of the dishes, and also to tell us about the art work on the walls.
The only let down for my other half was that there was very little choice when it came to beer (either bottled or draught) and by the last night there was only one option! Perhaps they stock up when the season starts?
