Thank you to such a friendly staff. Room was very clean , bathroom updated, new carpet and comfy bed.

Only five minute drive to go and eat wonderful food at Iron horse, and breakfast at Hay Stack both very tasteful.

We like to gold only few minute drive to a really nice 18 hole golf course. 2 minutes from s huge shopping centre outlets.

Overall the price is right, people kind, everything close. I recommend the 400 motel..

comfy stay at comfy price

very clean, excellent staff, had soap, shampoo, large towels, coffee maker, coffee, all the fixings in room. had fridge & microwave. bed comfy, need better pillows. shower weird, hard to figure how to operate (room 8). tv channel selection rather poor. all in all, would recommend & would stay again. price also very reasonable.

Getting more than expected for the price

From afar this place seems quite sketchy because it looks more vintage/retro however you do end up more than you expect. It's conveniently located by the outlet mall . The room it self was quite large with heavily dated furniture and (clean) linens. The washroom was clean with great waterflow. It was conviently located to the venue i was attending and it seemed fairly empty the night i was staying so can't say much about other guests and noise levels.

We are not sure motel that our folks stayed in but the Motel 400 that we saw was unbelievable. Our first room was smokey,the drapes were terrible and and the bed looked to be a 3/4 bed. We went to another with a King bed on the 2nd and found the same thing which the exception of a better bed. The room was smelly,the curtains disgusting. We left our key there and left !!!!! Would definitely not recommend the place only to the public health department.!!! Fortunately,our daughter was close and we stayed with her.

inexpensive vintage motel that is conveniently located

If you enjoy retro-style motels, I suggest you stay here.
The room was very clean and had all of the basic necessities:
fridge, microwave, air conditioner, coffee maker
Plastic patio chairs and small table placed outside of the room on the concrete pad provided an excellent seating area to relax and watch the traffic pass by---which was interesting since many motorcycles and classic cars cruised right past.
I also enjoyed using the large enclosed patio area by the office which had a picnic table and propane BBQ for guests to use---which I did.
If you are a frugal person like me you can really save a lot of money by booking this inexpensive motel and using the amenities provided.
I spent 2 nights at this motel and I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return.
Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
