Great Staff
tapout5199on 09/08/2017 00:55My husband was working in Johnson City and I made this trip with him. All the staff members were very friendly but I will say that two or your housekeepers Maria and Angie were amazing. We had a little trouble in our room and when we told them about it both ladies went above and beyond to apologize (even though it wasn't their fault or mistake) , and take care or everything that I needed. The next day they both, on separate occasions, stopped by our room to make sure that everything will still ok and to see if there was anything that we needed. These two girls were the best. Keep up the good work, and we will be back soon

charlestC1462RHon 28/07/2017 20:04Not worth it. Could have gotten a clean room at the newly remodeled Holiday Inn with full service for the same price if they weren't sold out. I thought with the new motto Bada Book Bada Boom I could expect something far better than this.

jj112482on 25/07/2017 19:01I was very, very pleased for the price and convenient location along with the amenities, they really set this place apart from all the other hotels for the price! Will be returning in the future when I am in the area! Loved that I was within walking distance to Applebees and the mall!
Good hotel
johndi544on 05/07/2017 21:55This is a good hotel for the money. I've only got 2 things to say bad about it.
1st they should really upgrade to flat screen tks like every other hotel that's for the same price.
2nd they should change when the maids/housekeepers are allowed to enter your room. If you have the do no disturb sign out front they'll still knock and use their key to bypass the safety lock on door.
Its ok for the tired traveler but don't expect much.
overdorff71on 01/07/2017 11:22No in room coffee. Bathroom lights dirty with bugs in them. Ran out of coffee and Orange Juice for breakfast. Bed was clean and comfy, floors clean. in room fridge worked great. It was an ok visit but nothing fantastic.
