It's situated in a quiet and safe area, close to city center,lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was elegant with modern furniture and French windows, the bathroom was a disappointment though and needs renovation. There was also bad isolation from the hall to the room.The staff was ok, breakfast tasty - it's a la carte. With some improvements this could become a great hotel, like the ones of the same kind in Europe (small luxury hotels).

Stayed for a weekend for an event.
Excellent service/staff, nice property, well located.
Small hotel, around 60 rooms, so very nice.
The hotel has a small gym and one steam room, which was nice.
For sure TOP hotel in Cali

You won't go wrong--very comfortable and accomodating

This is a modern hotel with a fine restaurant. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. For instance, there were sandwiches and fruit waiting for us when we left for the airport at 6 am. There is a street full of restaurants and clubs just around the corner.

A few friends were in Cali for 3 nights. Everything was perfect from late night checkin with Ricardo. My room was on the front, so spacious, large bathroom with nice amenities and a jacuzzi tub, Also a very nice touch was dozen long stem white roses in the room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've been in. Front office personnel were most helpful: Liseth, Valeria, Andres and even Rodrigo in the dining room who was a great help with his English. Yes, I will return.

Really surprised us with all the details that are lacking at other places for this price. Breakfast was the best I've had anywhere including US and Europe. Wonderful staff, and beautiful property Can't be beat in Cali
