Great hotel, service, rooms and food
sapna1422on 22/08/2017 13:01My family and I were in Goa for 3 nights nd 4 days...we did stay at the nagoa grand hotel. And the stay there was just awesome! Great staff, great food, beautiful, big and Clean rooms. Even the location of the Hotel was Perfect. And there was also a magician (i dont know his mame) - but he was super entertaining and did great magic tricks! There was also a spa and there were 2 "workers" ib d spa...a man from delhi, who i guess owns the spa and a young woman who didnt really look indian lol..but both of them were soooo friendly, cute and helpful - loved it.
The only thing i didnt really like was the pool in the hotel...it looks soo fancy and huge and perfect on the pictures in all the ads but the pool was a extremee disappoontment...the "tiles/tilework" in the pool were broken nd some ppl even got hurt because of that. But overall it was a great experience nd i would love to come to nagoa grand hotel again. ;)

The check in was smooth but the reception was cold
Rooms are okay, seemed to require renovation. prompt in room dining service
The pool is good with party music playing all time.
The buffet spread lacked variety as well as taste.

Bharat Son 17/08/2017 16:54good hotel location with bad management, housekeeping team is totally crap, bad Bugs, Cockroaches in rooms, not good towels, cooperative staff but cant find solution's, some staff is very rude, pathetic holidays we spent with this hotel,
in swimming pool chips was broken which hurting to kids, outside kitchen area was stinking.. food was good but dont know about hygiene.

Absolutely Disgusting. The Worst Experience Ever
Amit Don 17/08/2017 15:05Stayed there with a group of 6 families, all from Mumbai. Our stay was between 11-08-17 and 15-08-17. I have never experienced a worse stay experience in my life. Room No 309 where we stayed, was teeming with cockroaches and sundry insects. Despite spraying repellents, we would encounter a few new ones every day of our stay. Toilet flush would stop working at least three times a day. Attendant would come and move a lever here and there inside the flush tank to get it back. No attempt made to repair it permanently. Tables near the bedside have sharp edges (which I have never seen in any hotel) and my daughter got a bad cut while getting down from the bed.
And please note : The management provides you with fresh bath towels only if you return the used towels. I was absolutely shocked to hear when the attendant asked me for used towel before he gave us fresh towels (that too on the 4th day, not on the first 3 days). Upon calling up housekeeping I was told this is "Management Policy". I guess the "Management" feels their customers will siphon off used bath towels (of all things)
Food was usually bland and watery. The spreads for breakfast and dinner had extremely limited choices, and most of those were not very appetising.
Do not be deceived by the photoshopped pictures of the hotel put up by the management. The hotel look and ambience is nowhere close to what is seen on the pictures. Rooms have a typical dingy smell upon entering.
All in all a pathetic experience. Never ever would want to come back to this hotel again.
Worst experience ever in Goa
Henna Hon 17/08/2017 13:581 They are extremely rigid about their check in time of 2pm. The duty manager at the reception is especially arrogant about it.
2 Namesake parking. Their parking is suitable only for bikes.
3 We had a birthday and each of 3 front desk staff quoted 3 different prices for cake.
4 We requested them to arrange the cake that we had purchased, in the room at midnight, which they did not do and they spoilt the entire surprise that was planned.
5 A warning displayed at swimming pool said that the tiles are coming off and the guests may swim at their own risk.
Btw they start to clean the pool way too late, only after a few guests had already taken a dip.
6 You are welcomed with a warning about loss of key and the penalty and on your day of checkout, they start bugging on phone from 10am onwards.
7 Buffet breakfast had very limited choices and most of the dishes were not even properly cooked. Any average hotel in goa serves better bfast than this one.
