Great fiood, reasonable room, watch the mozzies!

Stayed a couple of night. Hotel is set on large grounds slightly out of town, good setting and gardens and very quiet. The property is very spread out, with the dining rooms and reception separate to the rooms. Rooms are on two levels, upper floor is accessible by marble stairs which may make it tricky if your balance is not so good.

Reception and staff were fine, small problem with them photocopying passports and visa as their machine was playing up (maybe an idea to take your own copies to give them, seems all the way across India this can be patchy).

Room was large, reasonably appointed and reasonably clean. Only issue was the mosquitoes which they seem to have in abundance and the old mosquito screen on the windows had trouble keeping out.

Food was great, a lot of variety and very tasty and decent serving sizes. The restaurant is 100% vegetarian which is no problem at all.

It is a beautiful resort and the property is huge. We had an amazing cottage which faced the garden and had a huge bedroom with a living room and a dressing room all separate. Loved everything about the cottage. The manager and staff were very hospitable and helpful and courteous. The food in the restaurant was extremely well prepared so that though it was vegetarian we ended up having most of our meals here. Also the boys loved the huge grounds where they could play freely. As it was winter we did not use the pool. Must mention the vegetable patches in the resort premises which looked wonderful.

A very luxurious and elegant resort

Located on the way to go Chitrakote water fall. A very executive resort having more than ten cottages. Very clean and tidy hotel. Good spacious rooms with lovely views of garden. All the rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, intercom telephone connection, 24 hrs room service, lovely cozy bed, gyser in bathroom and many more facilities. The swimming pool of the hotel is wanderful. Boarders can enjoy the swimming pool in proper swimming costumes. There were kids playing zone, fitness centre, spa present as well. The restaurant attached to the hotel provides delicious finger licking food. The travel desk organise local sight seen tour on demand. The staffs were very helpful and multilingual, well trained. Enjoyed a good time with family.

Nice garden

nice well equipped room with terrace overlooking a beautiful and large garden. Swimming pool, gym, library and playground for children.
A good restaurant. All this makes it a very good address.
Rooms are under renovation.
