Not as good as expected
Alexa2706on 17/06/2017 11:22Stayed for 3 nights last week. Business traveler. Very nice, central location, just few minutes walk to Republic Square. My first impression was very bad because they let me wait for airport to hotel shuttle one hour from 3:25 AM to 4:20 AM. Reception desk is OK and personnel was trying their best to apologize.Room is spacious with huge bad but needs renovation. Internet in the room was OK. TV channels are on the Russian and Armenian. Bathroom is clean, spacious with all necessities. Mini bar is actually small refrigerator. Strangely, they didn't refilled it during my stay. Buffet breakfast is very, very good with very nice selection of cold and hot meals.
Worst thing was that there is construction site nearby hotel and my room had a "great view" to it. So noisy.

Good Hotel
Monty1424on 05/05/2017 16:20We stayed in the Hotel National for four nights and found the room, breakfast, and service to be good. While I would only rate the hotel four star by international standards, I know some claim it is five star. Possibly they are more familiar with what other hotels in Yerevan offer. It is only blocks from the main square, major shopping streets, top museum, and many dining options. We did not dine in the restaurant so cannot offer any comment on it. Street noise is very noticeable but perhaps less than at better known hotels at the square. We were told hotel is only several years old and it did seem to be modern and our room was in good shape.
In the Heart of the City
Doug Hon 10/04/2017 11:17Right by Republic Square, the Hotel National is at the center of the city. I was there only a couple nights but enjoyed the clean rooms, good food and great location.
I believe all the rooms are city views, but it didn't matter. I was in the room just for a shower, sleep and a parking spot. This hotel was perfect as a jumping off point. I wouldn't call it a 5-star property, but it was reasonably priced and perfect for what I needed.
While Yerevan may not be the most beautiful city, it is a fun and walk-able city. There are plenty of things to do in the area. Plus, I had rented a car and drove out to Khor Virap and Lake Sevan among others. It's easy to move about, so get out and see the area!

What a my opinion about you hotel?
Very friendly staff and hospitality service, apple juice is nice and tasty compliment. Breakfast is good too, big assorted of food and drinks. But it's only two good points if you hotel.
Walls in room is very skinny I heard all my neighbors from each room around me. Windows is too noisy and cold. I think you need to renovate your rooms for supporting your 5 stars service.
