Terrible management and bad service
Rugile Bon 29/08/2016 07:43If you are looking for a place to organize team building, seminar or other business event this is the worst place to do that. Director is very unprofessional: not responding emails, calls, changing invoices after event and times of reservation during the event.
The staff is not trained to help organizers during event, if you ask for something they do not understand why you need it and take a lot of time to bring it.
Overall really bad service and no hospitality that made feel more than 26 people unwelcome in the facility.

Nice place, interesting design
Edita Pon 13/03/2015 21:16Nice place near the river. Small hotel, interesting design of rooms. Friendly staff, good service and food. Everything was nice, but it was a bit boring for us :) Hotel is outside town and it was nothing to do there.
Wonderful stay
avela-ievaon 17/08/2014 12:12We rally enjoyed our after wedding days. Such a nice place and staff! We took mini lux and it was all worth it! We had great yime in pools, saunas, great dinner :) also we got a little surprise from staff - champagne and chocolate and pool game for free! Thank you!
A serine hideaway
Sven Jon 21/04/2014 13:41Me and my girlfriend had such a nice stay at Nemuno Slenis. The place is hidden in the forest away from the rest of the civilization and next to a large river. It is so quiet if you disregard the chippering birds (which there are plenty of). This was exactly what we were looking for. We got good service, good food (eating breakfast looking over the river) in the restaurant, a clean and very stylish (old fashioned) room, and first of all a nice and quite stay. I can highly recommend it and we will certainly be back if we visit Birstonas again.
