W were staying there during the film festival Ucan Supurge for a week. From front office, to housekeeping and the food and beverage team were always so helpful and smiling. Everything is clean and dinner was tasty. Location is central. A big special thank you to Gamze from Front Office team who even accompanied me to the airport shuttle stop. I didn't know the way and could have missed it if it wasn't for her. If anyone is reviewing this comment from management please pass our high thoughts of her. My mother Tuvana Alton was also writing a thank you letter to management. The hotel is ideal for business trips and to explore the center. While in Ankara don't forget to visit the Mausoleum of and the The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. They are both unforgettable insights to Turkey and Anatolia.

Horrible experience

I write these words as a frequent traveler: both when single and now with a lovely family.
Smoke odor everywhere...we changed rooms three times (finally ended up on the 1st floor -so called non-smoking floor) but the old stench of cigarettes would not let us rest. The smoke detectors in the rooms are all off. The air conditioning is not working (the reason/excuse the staff gave us: it is October and the weather is good!) We had to stay for 7 nights as we had paid on the the first night...so we learned a lot. The hotel is 20 years old and it has been kept in a very bad condition. The bathroom tiles are broken here and there. The waste water would not pass easily in the shower. Room service is done very poorly. The walls are very thin so you hear everything from other rooms around you. You also can clearly hear the flushing and the water passing in pipes in and around the bathroom.The wifi connection is very slow...in some rooms you can't get connected unless you stand next to the door. The staff speak very limited English (some spoke none). They avoided eye contact and were rude on several occasions. Additionally, they failed to pass an important official phone call to our room...the phone was old and did not ring it seemed...but they did not bother to send someone upstairs to knock on our door. The caller said they would call the next day and the hotel staff ignored the fact that we were checking out the next day. The breakfast is super simple and isrepeated every single day. The tea and the coffee were really bad. Smokers may not be bothered by certain odor related problems (though we think no one appreciates the old stench of cigaretted) but We strongly recommend (specially those traveling with kids) that the travelers stay elsewhere.

this hotel provide amazing rooms, confortable and cozy, with well funcioning A.C, high quality bathroom. The location is very good, near to famous sreet shoping of Ankara. Liked also the quality of the breakfast

I was expecting more from 4 start hotel...

The things I liked:
-Hotel is located at the main street.

-The things I did like:
-Limited breakfast options (it is almost the same every day).
-They don't provide other services: like Gym, Business room, Swimming Pool.
-Staff are not friendly

Best location, parking & good deal.

The hotel was quite old however the hotel furnishment is new. The bed and bathroom are prety good, clean and make you feel at home especially for bed. According to your choose you may prefer smoking or non smoking room or quite (back side rooms) or street view. The breakfast served beteeen 07:00 - 10:00. Whatever you want you will find. Sorry no good coffee as other hotels. The reception staff is really good, respectfull and friendly.
Thanks for the good management. The royalty card etc might be good for all parties. Strongly advice to management only this sytem.
