Short stay but oh so sweet!

Booked 1-night's B&B and after a 3hr flight delay, didn't check-in until 3AM! Thankfully, it's only a short walk from the airport. Pleasant enough check-in procedure and allocated room 123 but on entry it looked as thought it had been used as a short stay room; beds and pillows had been lain on and there were dirty cups and empty crisp and biscuits packets littered about.

Went back to Reception and was reallocated Club room on 4th floor. Fantastic with luxury snacks and posh bottled water which we didn't actually use. What a difference! Spent a few short hours in a comfortable bed with conformfortable pillowsIbefore enjoying two cups of morning tea, a hot shower, and a great breakfast. Extensive choice of food marred only by the awful rapping music that accompanied it - some sort of rapping stuff that was totally inappropriate.

This hotel is so convenient and I got an amazing deal through Amoma.

Perfect for arrivals and departures

The location of this chain hotel is right opposite the terminal buildings. We stayed just before a very early flight.
Comfortable room, excellent supportive bed, quiet with no traffic or aircraft noise.
A meal in the bar/restaurant was nice. Good selection of usual favourites.
All of the staff were very welcoming.
Met our expectations.

Great for overnight stay before our early flight. Departures was a 2 minute walk from the hotel which was great. The bar was a great place to unwind and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Would recommend.

Overnight stay before our holiday

I booked the Novotel hotel before our holiday as I wanted parking close to the airport and my partner had recently had a knee operation so we were trying to avoid a lot of walking with our cases. However, do not be fooled by this hotel, it has no park and your car is left 20 minutes away. As we had an early start I wanted a hotel close to the airport with parking close by, on the reviews it said this hotel is a 2 minute walk to the departure lounge, which it is, however, what wasn't clear is although it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, oh and it's a 2 minute walk if you are quite fit and haven't got suitcases, the car parking is on Airparks which is at least a 20 minute bus ride. Therefore, we decided not to leave our house until after rush hour traffic, meaning we didn't get to the hotel until 9.30ish by the time we checked in, moved the car and got back to the hotel it was closer on 11 and we had a 4am start and had our 12 year old daughter with us. Had I of known this and read the small print I would not have used this service, I will not be using this hotel again, as for a £128 it is not worth it! Always ready the small print to avoid false advertising!

Nice hotel next to the airport

It's my third stay in this hotel prior to an early flight and it met all my expectations. However, I did have to ring reception to have the sofa bed made. I had some tasty pizza with a drink before we retired for the night. It's fair to say that the sofa bed is not as comfortable as the double bed, but I managed to get some sleep. We made use of the complimentary tea and coffee before heading off to the airport. It's a good hotel for convenience, a bite to eat and proximity to the airport. I'm likely to use this hotel for the next overnight stop at the airport.
