debbiefrench56on 03/08/2017 18:09Just back from 2 nights in Brighton and stayed at 14. What a little gem of a place and run by an absolute diamond- Phil (with Mike bringing up the rear...!) Very comfy, super breakfast, top notch hospitality - a real home from home. Phil is great and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Mike has lots of local knowledge so do pick his brains for where to go and what to do. Brilliant!! Highly recommended 👍🌈💙xx
Warm brighton welcome awaits
Chrisflight74on 23/07/2017 21:50Always love coming down to Brighton for a cheeky weekend and what a gem this B&b is. Nothing was too much trouble for Phil when we arrived. Welcomed in and shown to our room which was lovely and homely and absolutely spotless. Breakfast was absolutely spot on , and we were made to feel so at home which adds to the charm of this place. Lots of banter with the boys and was great to see the place was full. A great team with Phil cooking and Michael working his Irish charm! Great location and only a short walk down to the beach! So pleased to have found this gem and now we have somewhere lovely to stay when we need a break from the big smoke! Thanks guys!
Weekend in Brighton
Paul Con 23/07/2017 19:09Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and fantastic location minutes from the seafront, bars and cafes in lovely Kemptown. Phil made us feel so welcome he was very friendly and helpful: allowing us to check in a bit later than planned. Will be returning :-)
One night in Brighton 🇬🇧
Durosekon 19/07/2017 11:39We came to Brighton to visit friends for a night on a short trip back to the UK from Sydney.
This place is so close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
Phil made us feel very welcome and the room was spotless and had everything you need.
Breakfast was just as good as any breakfast in a fancy hotel. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again when we come back.

JennieChelmsfordon 09/07/2017 15:58Me and a friend stayed here for two nights for our birthdays and it really was great. Phil the owner was very welcoming and a great host telling us where to go out to on the Saturday night and it did not disappoint!!
Breakfast is amazing and sets you up for the day and Phil had even stuck a candle in our sausage and gave us a card!! Nice touch Phil!!
Michael is also lovely and has a few stories to tell and again was very hospitable!
It is in a great location and a five minute walk to the town which is such a friendly place and has a very relaxing feel to it.
Plenty of bars and pubs to visit and we will definately be making it an annual trip as we had such an amazing time!
