Lower prices don't always equal better deals
davidmU8530NHon 22/05/2017 16:43Very dissatisfied with our stay at this location. Very few cable channels worked and towels we received had other people's hair in them. It was really disgusting. We didn't complain or let anyone know. I didn't feel like I should have to. It is evident, this hotel doesn't have mystery guests that often.

smith38on 22/05/2017 02:44We stayed one night at this hotel. Very disappointed. Chose 4-star and received 2-star. This hotel does not meet 4-star criteria. The hotel bar has only one odd sunken extremely small bar next to check in which makes it just really noisy with guest, children and pet traffic. There was also a wedding party that took over the hotel lobby and bar so there went that idea. Hotel lobby furniture very dated, used, and stained. Room was okay but nothing extraordinary. Small cafe has a sort of continental breakfast for a fee. Hotel restaurant pricey but I don't mind pricey considering you will get a 4-star meal. Unfortunately, I was informed they were not running the a la carte menu. So my option was to pay a la carte for a buffet breakfast which most hotels do but I do not opt for reason I chose a 4-star. The rate this hotel charges is not worth your money. Very over-priced for what you will get. Hotel overall looks dated. Did not see alot of staff either.

cozyc858on 21/05/2017 15:39It waa a great hotel and location, very clean and friendly staff. The pool is nice and warm and great area. We would definitely stay again. Our time in Austin was great especially when you have such a nice hotel to come back too.
comfy and attentive
Christy Pon 20/05/2017 20:17Staff was attentive to our needs and the room was very comfy. enjoyed the corner room with the balcony. We attended a wedding and other events on this weekend trip. the location was ideal for the places that we needed to be. Ample parking and staff was very helpful for our needs.
Nice hotel that won't break the bank!
Cassie Gon 20/05/2017 16:20My bf and I stayed one at the Omni while we were in town on business. It's a beautiful hotel. It's definitely on the nicer side as a opposed to a generic hotel. The bed was amazing! Pillows are soft and fluffy. Everything was clean. Staff was nice and professional. We took a taxi to 6th street and it was about a 5 minute drive. Would stay here again!
