Scope for improvement

First the good points, actually the only point, it situated in the middle of the city, accessible to all the places and its quite calm inside the room. The rooms are spacious, but overlooks run down places outside, the walls are so thin, one can hear from other rooms, and from outside the room, the room service for dining was pathetic, they never answer calls, and after plenty of reminders they did send a tea which was even worse than their service, they provide complimentary breakfast, there is a variety but hardly anything tasty, the only thing I liked was the sabudana vada, rest of the food tastes stale and insipid, House keeping were approachable. with this kind of service, they would never be able to have repeat customers or guests who would recommend. With such a good property there is a lot of scope for improvement, especially in the food front, Hyderabad is known for its food, and these people spoil the name of the reputation of Hyderabad. The staff who serve you are unclean, best to check if they have bathed or used deos. The funny part was in the breakfast buffet the waiter had kept the door open to get a refill and we could hear the cooks squable and pick up a fight. One could see lot of senior managers walking around to see if its in order, A little common sense and genuineness in their approach will make them see what is in front of them instead of relying on guests to give feedback.

Service Needs An Improvement

We were a group of colleagues wherein we had opted for this hotel. The service in terms of maintenance related needs to be improved as we had to call up continuously and remind the reception. The Wifi needs improvement in terms of 24 hours access. Overall the room and the buffet for our meal plan was nice and reasonable for the tariff paid.

Luminous One needs more illumination in service for better future

The Hotel, its location and the room rates are very much attractive. The rooms were spacious enough and beds were comfortable. And its really a good gesture to have kettle, tea bags and milk to prepare your own cup of tea, but the staff ran short of providing extra of those items on the second day. The breakfast was "ok" but does not match its high price tag. The first day the breakfast came in warm with covered aluminum foil, but missing on the second day. My concern regarding low flush levels in bathroom was never attended.
In short, the Hotel needs to put in more attention in service levels to improve themselves. Good luck.

Very neat hotel located in prime location

pros:

1. Hotel is located in prime location (2km from nampally railway st, 3km from kacheguda railway st).
2. easily accessible from both hyderabad and secunderabad. (direct buses are frequently available from secunderabad, just 50rs for auto from both railway sts)
3. Hotel is very neat and well maintained, can stay without fear.

Cons:

1. acoustics is not that much good (can hear adjacent room tv sound)
2. have to confirm whether windows are properly locked. (bcoz i stayed in room no 131 in which window door lock is not working.. it is sliding door so anyone can enter inside the room if lock doesn't work be careful)
3. they are very strict in check-in and check-out timings which is 12 to 12 if we book online ( they charge 1000rs extra for early check-in/ late check-out which is too costly)

The hotel in the middle of the bustling city

It is near the main road and on a secondary road but away from the noise of the city. The rooms are large but lack good lighting and if you like ventilation. The galleries leading to the room are a bit congested and the service is not up to mark especially in the rooms.
