Stayed at this hotel last month . This place is very nice and near to main tourist spot in Alleppey(Finishing point ) . It was great staying at this resort .There is amble car parking area and rooms are very spacious .Hotel is having a good swimming pool.

Worst hotel

One of the worst resort of allepey. I stayed here for a night with my family and the services which they have provided is really worst. They dont even have cold water to drink and dont have ice cubes to give to the guest and if u ask for room service they will take good 50 to 55 minutes to deliver it to u and that too tasteless food. Pool is so dirty. People have vomitted inside the pool and other guests are enjoying it whereas they dont know the actual thing. So many mosquitoes in the room as u ill not be able to sleep properly. I would suggest not to go for this and rather go for some other resort if u wanna enjoy ur allepey trip.

Hotel was good. Service was very poor.

We have ordered only warm water, we have called 3 times, but we didn't receive any service, same happened 3 time in 1 days. Very poor service. Not good service at all. Location also not good. but very near to boat house...2km... Food was good at restaurant.

Birthday blast...

We decided to take a luxurious break off for our birthday. Its an hours drive from my place & we drove on our own to the property which was easily identifiable.

The front desk check in was smooth & we were welcomed very well by the team. Rooms are good, bathrooms are big and all rooms have a balcony area with a huge swing. Unfortunately our bathtub was dirty.

After checking in to our room we directly went to the pool and it felt so good after a tiring journey & the pool is exceptional to sug the least. Kids are really enjoyed very well .

Service is excellent and all the staff are very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Benson ( Senior Captain ). Breakfast was simply superb. Good variety of quality stuff spread. Kudos to culinary team.

Once again thanks to team Pagoda for the memorable vacation.

Awesome Resort

I stayed for one night and it was a pleasant stay, staff was nice and friendly guiding us explore the city well.
Location: It's situated in the centre of the city, very near to boat house.
Easily reachable from Railway station by auto service.
About room: It was quite near and well maintained, washroom had all the essential toiletries. Air conditioned with mini refrigerator available.
Facilities: Resort has a good swimming pool available from morning 7 to evening 8. Nice bar facility with great food options and a lawn outside bar to enjoy your beer.
A complete value for money package.
