Wonderful place, tiny rooms.
CarlosFPintoon 26/06/2017 22:20Traveling to Cusco to the inka raimi and stayed at the Palacio. No better location in Cusco. Right in place of the celebration, few blocks from the plaza das armas, in the hearth of the historical center. But rooms are too tiny. I was expecting a lot more from these rooms considering a luxury hotel - the standard room is almost an "economy stay" standard.
Restaurant is good. Gentle and delicate personnel. Breakfast is great. It is not a 5 star due the room size for a luxury location.

JLFrazier5on 26/06/2017 16:52We stayed at this former castle converted into a hotel while traveling with Adventures By Disney. It is beautiful, spacious, has excellent service with friendly staff. The spa is very nice where we also enjoyed a good massage. It was ideally located- it was right in front of where the Festival of the Sun started and was only a 7-8 minute walk to the main square. Would highly recommend.
One of the two best hotels in our tour
Schmeky Son 26/06/2017 16:35We spent only one night there and didn't want to leave. No comparison with the previous hotels we stayed in. Amazing lobby, experience and attentive staff, large rooms nicely decorated with sound-proof Windows (our room was on the back street with a lot of traffic and we couldn't hear anything.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
Wifi was working well in any part of the hotel and was not keeping asking a password as in our previous hotels.
The only incident we faced was that at 10 pm some worker was still banging on the wall with a hammer as there was some repairs in a nearby room. We had to call the reception to get it stopped what happened rather quickly but started again at 7 am. Thanks fully we just got up.
But overall a great experience

Incredible architecture, perfect location in front of Coricancha, excellent service, fantastic and varied breakfast and rooms with a good mix of modern and traditional with all mod coms. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff
hbkim62on 25/06/2017 02:43We stayed at the Palacio del Inka for three nights, after visiting the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
The rooms were a bit small but well laid out. The bathrooms are modern and functioned well. Although the architecture is not as spectacular as the sister property at Tambo del Inka in Urubamba, this is because of the historical architecture of the property.
What really sets this hotel apart is the quality of the service. We were extremely impressed with the staff at the Palacio del Inka -- at the front desk, the concierge, and the restaurant.
The concierge staff, in particular, assisted us in addressing a number of problems that arose during our stay. My husband sprained his ankle on our second day in Cusco. The concierge staff went to the local pharmacy to purchase tape to wrap my husband's ankle and immediately recommended a doctor who came to our hotel room to examine my husband. When the doctor advised against traveling to Puno, the concierge staff contacted the hotel in Puno to arrange for cancellation on our behalf. The concierge staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and satisfactory as possible.
