All the Hotel Personnel are very accommodating! They respond quickly to all our needs. The room is spacious and clean! We enjoy so much in our swimming at the elevated pool. The location is very relaxing! The food is great and the prices is very affordable!

It's worth the stay

Me and my fiancee stayed there yesterday and just checked-out today.. all I can say is, the resort itself is great.. The employees and front desk were friendly and approachable.the room is great, NO CORKAGE ^_^ and the Buffet breakfast was great, in which it was the typical filipino breakfast that I was looking for.. we enjoyed the pools and especially the jacuzzi at night.. we will be back here from time to time.. it was a great experience. ^_^

Average hotel

The hotel was average overall. The hotel room was really big, which was unexpected and nice. Overall atmosphere was ok. Staff were ok except for blasting the tv all the time in the restaurant.
The food was also ok.
It looked to be a great place to learn to dive.

We really enjoyed the food. We really enjoyed the staff. They were very helpful and even catered a lot to our kids. Got a lot of freebies for them. Kids enjoyed the multiple pools. Has a dive center as well.

They are trying to provide various things you expect off a resort. Sadly they have a ways to go as the structure itself requires improvements. This is something you could tell with the construction that was going on.

All in all, a place with an attitude of a resort even if the actual building is still playing catch up.

Oh wifi is a bit slow.

Clean, convenient, average

The Palmbeach doesn't have a beach but they do have 3 small shallow pools, one of which is usually in use for dive instruction. The rooms are large - ours had a sort-of kitchen area, but no appliances or dishes/utensils so not quite sure why it's set up that way. Front desk staff are very helpful. Restaurant is ok though it doesn't seem to be frequented by guests after breakfast. If you don't want to pay the upscale prices of other resorts - this one is fine, but just for a short stay.
