Good hotel - far from center
yyss1955on 10/06/2017 22:07Efficient check up once an English speaking person was found. Nice big room. Clean. Large screen TV. Very good internet. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant in the hotel.
No coffee machine in room (same as most of Eastern Europe).
Far from city center.
Efficient check out.
English has to be improved among staff..

LarryJ917on 08/12/2016 18:17My wife and I had a good stay here. Bed and wi-fi are excellent, room was spacious, staff (especially Dasa at reception) was friendly and generally competent. Breakfast is a little weak, but everything else met or exceeded our expectations.

Nunu-Mervion 11/10/2016 22:33This is a clean hotel, service isn't horrible, yet not terrific either, but I give applause to the maintenance. We arrived late (after 10pm) and it was a pleasant surprise to find out the kitchen was still open. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took a while to get the food, but it didn't matter, because the food was really good, and I'm not saying this only because we were hungry. Nobody was rushing us to eat as quickly as possible either. Great chef they have and dishes were really beautifully displayed. The food was better than the hotel. The center can be reached by foot and the hotel is located near the beautiful Shevchenko park. I read the previous reviews and some say this is posh - well it isn't, nor is it luxury, despite the four stars, but it's super clean, the chef is great and wifi is fast.

Unfortunately, the price is too high for the stars they have.
Reception services didn't fit 4 star hotel level, for sure.
Location of hotel is not so good, you need to take a taxi to get to the center of the city.
Good clean friendly hotel
taffinlondon191on 07/03/2016 15:39I had 3 really nice nights in this hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was warm and the staff were really helpful It is positioned close to the river which boasts an amusement park and a few good restaurants.
