This was the most uncomfortable hotel of our Trip. although we were 2 able-bodied people, they gave us a wheelchair room. The sink was low which was very awkward , The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

My husband and I were touring England, Scotland and Ireland by car, and so we chose hotels often based on their available parking. On Booking.com, Park Inn by Radisson Belfast claims to have parking. That is a LIE!!! The parking is in their sister hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk away! (This is a very ugly walk in the rain.) The staff at this hotel blames Booking.com as never having made the adjustment, but I don't buy it because this problem is so common they had maps ready for us. To add insult to injury, it's clearly an OLD problem because their maps (see pic) are of very poor quality--as if to say, "We had to make so many maps, we ran out of ink!" Moreover, if you're the manager at this hotel, you should be contacting Booking.com every which way possible to solve this problem! It is probably safe to say that this is a badly managed hotel as the service was also wanting. After we got our check at the hotel bar, our server never returned to pick up payment. My husband had to go to the counter to pay! (If that was what we were supposed to do from the beginning, we were not told to pay at the bar.) In the morning, the person at the desk said the parking would cost us 9 pounds, which was different from what my husband had been told earlier. It's a good thing he had to walk a while for the car; it gave him a chance to calm down! The parking attendant at the sister property correctly said that parking was free and wished my husband a good day. My husband picked me up at the door as he usually does. As we drove away, I saw several quarts of milk for the hotel's restaurant scattered across the sidewalk and thought, "How fitting that they haven't taken their milk inside!"

We stayed here twice during our trip. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and they also guaranteed us adjoining rooms (which we needed for family). As well, really good value from breakfast package, and children free free during dinner (with paying adult).

We arrived late to the hotel just before 10 pm. We were tired & hungry after a long day of travelling from Donegal. On arrival our reception was cordial but matter of fact! We were told there is no room service after 10 & food at the bar had finished also. We asked where in Belfast we might find some food, but received no help with locating a nearby restaurant or takeaway. Your first impression of a hotel comes with the people you meet at reception & we were both disappointed! The only friendly service was the young man who came up to our room to clean up a broken glass!

Really flawless. Spacious rooms, central location with many sights and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, clean, fast internet, good AC, etc. Wide double beds. Breakfast is £10 and worth it. Tour busses pick you up from the corner. Would stay here again.
