Second time to spend time at this hotel. Clean room, Friendly staff, convenient location. Reasonable fees. Few steps away from MRT station, Can't ask for more. Highly recommended to all visitors to Taipei.

Near to DaAn Station

Nice hotel located near DaAn Station which connected to many other stations. The hotel room has a Wonderful view of Taipei 101 in the day time. Will recommend to my friends and definitely to stay at the hotel again for next trip to Taipei! 😊

Disappointed

This was the first hotel we stayed when we first come to Taipei with my family and my late father and I had a lot of pleasant memories of this hotel. Naturally, I chose this hotel for my recent trip. I had not expect that the service has dropped so much. The front desk staff are unfriendly. The make-up room service was below average. For instance, the cleaner did not clean our coffee cups when we came back to the room and were left there since morning till night time. The cleaner had covered it up with a coaster. I'm not sure if the cleaner still expected us to drink. As a well established hotel, this is unacceptable. If you are a 2 stars hotel, I would not have commented on this at all. Overall, it was a disappointed stay.

Good location

This a decent hotel in Daan District in Taipei City. The subway station is right in front of the hotel front entrance so you can ride subway around Taipei easily. A lot of shops and restaurants around and Taipei 101 is only 20 minutes walking away.

We recently just stayed at this hotel in Taipei and really enjoyed it. It's definitely a hotel that i would recommend. The one small thing that i was a little disappointed about was the 101 view room we booked. We where on the 11th floor and I had asked by email if we could have a high floor, which is one of the reasons i payed the extra for this type room. Now they did say on email that it was not guaranteed but it almost seemed like this was the bottom floor of the 101 view rooms. The hotel has 17 floors in total. So this is the only bad thing i have to say. other than that the staff were very nice and professional and friendly. the room it;s self was to a high standard and the location of the hotel is smack bang in the middle of Taipei, right out side a tube stop to get you to anywhere in the city. I'm sure we will be back and possible to this hotel if we can try and get a higher floor next time ;)
