Rashee Don 26/08/2017 05:36Everything starting frm the reception desk to the hotel rooms is a wonderful experience. Rooms here r vry spacious, tidy and spick nd span.
The hotel is managed so well, It deserves kudos. The staff here r vry frienfly, cooperative, helpful, quick and adept wid skills. Staff performance is spell bound. And we also enjyd Ganesh chaturthi Aarti here. It felt vry home like.
The complementary brkfst is the beat I hav ever had in ny hotel.
Overall once u cum here u wuld always prefer Hotel Phoenix.

Great Place to stay
jayeshpujarion 24/08/2017 06:08I stayed last month in this hotel. The staff is welcoming. Rooms are spacious.The greenery around the hotel is worth visiting again. Have stayed here a couple of times but there is a marked difference in the functioning of the hotel. It has improved a lot regards to the overall attitude of the staff. Nice hospitality.

Trun23on 11/08/2017 06:07The hotel has beautiful location. The staff is very caring both at reception as well as in restaurants. Strongly recommend to visit this place for a peaceful stay. The place is away from the road and still close to most of the happening places in koregaon park
Spacious rooms
Kariathon 03/08/2017 04:00Stayed for a night on 31st July, check in and check out process is slow due to software problems. May be temporary but is irritating. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. The smell in the hotel premises is terrible due to a drain nearby . Otherwise well located away from noise of the road.Breakfast is good.
Phoenix is always homely

Hotel is located in the midst of Koregaon park and closer to many good restaurants.
The surrounding is calm and peaceful, but yes, sometimes you can hear the noise from a neighboring disco bar.
