No bad

My wife and I like to go here. One night we had dinner here with my whole family and the experience was ok, service was excellent but the food let it down. Everything was salty.
The best thing on the menu is the steak and pizza.

This place is awesome. The ambiance is very relaxing. Everything is well-prepared. The security guard is active 24/7, the receptionist are very friendy. All the employees there are very nice people. Anything you can suggest is they can help you. You don't have to worry about cooking because all you have to do is to give them the recipe and they will cook it for you.

Great Service~

Booked a room here with my hubby. Enjoyed their amenities. Great staff. Great food. Nice place. If you want some quiet time, this is a perfect place for you to stay. The only downside for me in this place is the beach. But they can take you to Vanishing Island though. At that time we paid a fee for that. But overall.. I loved my stay in their resort. I would suggest though that you tour Samal Island first then stay at this resort after if you really wanna relax.. :))
Again.. They have great food.. :))

Has potential

This hotel has a very beautiful garden, hence the name. It takes them tremendous work to keep it tidy. It is unbelievable that so many guests don't respect this and throw their garbage around.
Food is ok. Staff is sometimes a bit chaotic and you have to wait.
Everything really needs maintenance and repair. It is obvious that they are not working with a plan what to do when but just react on guest's complaints.
The rooms are clean, service is good, hot water rarely works.
Staff is very friendly.

We didn't have a reservation but we were lucky enough to get rooms at the ground floor for our old folks and young kids. There were tables set up outside each room so we had a cozy dinner despite the heavy rain. The garden is ample and forest like. The air conditioners were well functioning. There is no intercom yet but you may text the front desk. Cash payment is needed (not credit card due to internet connection lag).
If your purpose is to rest and be away from the busy life, this place is great.
The attendants and front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.
The beach area is average but you may set up tents; and there are also a few open cottages.
5-10 minutes from the pier, tricycles fare cost around 20-25 per head.
They accept both peso and $US dollar payment (not sure about other currencies)
