The worst
SintraRIon 29/07/2017 10:00This hotel is probably the worst one I've stayed at. Our double-bed room on the first floor had the terrible smell of moisture, air condition didn't work properly and the balcon door couldn't close. In addition, our bed was broken too. Usually I don't care for the interior design but this hotel was last decorated in socialism and is desperate for a renovation and a bit of modernization. No clue how this one could earn 3 stars for its service. Please, do something about it, it's a disgraceful for Croatia tourism and 21st century!

Worst hotel in Europe

Rudest front of house staff, no idea how to get to any bus stops and wouldn't order taxi. Grunting at guests when asked what time the mini bar in the front of house closes, completely disrespectful.
Lady in outside pool bar mixed up order, continuously argued with us in Croatian rolling eyes and back chatting.
Terrible hotel, could not recommend to any guests looking to stay here.
Lovely older man in restaurant was the saviour, I think he lives on grounds and is a delight in the breakfast hall.

I loved it!
Clean, simple, cheap, the staff is friendly and the beach (super beach!) is very close to the hotel.
Breakfast and dinner was ok....
What else do you want?
No Air Con
nihcas72on 14/06/2017 08:28Stayed here with a group and none of the rooms had the air con working. Asked the reception to arrange a fix and was told that the temperature is set and cannot be changed and it is done to keep with the outside temperature which was nearly 30 degrees. The reception had a separate air con installed for themselves which was the only coolest place in the whole of the hotel. The only good thing about the stay was the internet.
