Nice hotel for business or holidays

Stayed here for several times already. Check-in and out process smooth and friendly, got the welcome drink voucher. Unfortunately there is no Lounge at this Hotel, so my Platinium Status Counts less here. Booked a Suite room, spacy, clean and everything worked fine. Nice big pool. Service quality and speed at the restaurant could be improved. Will come back for sure.

Nice hotel and great staff. Many of them speak good English and are very helpful. Close to restaurants and easy access to main roads. Great place for business and pleasure trips.
Only thing is beds are very hard so if you want a soft mattress I would suggest somewhere else but other then that nice hotel

Issues need correction

I do wonder sometimes if little issues in the rooms are checked before handing over to next guests.

This was the second time in 2 months when I headed back here and the inroom safe was again not working, I honestly didn't call it in as the last time I did it, it took them over an hour to fix it and I didn't have the time to wait this trip. I just kept my valuables with me when I went out.

Very surprising for a repeat Platinum guest to experience this sort of thing, I think it is my 4 trip maybe this year back to this hotel, as it is convenient for my work in this area.

I do hope in future they give their repeat loyal guests the attention and service they deserve for their loyalty to the brand.

A happy and enjoyable stay at Pullman Dongguan Forum

When we checked in, found that the web booking was unclear, leading to the insufficient supply of free breakfast for us. After confirmation, they upgraded our room type as a compensation. The front desk staff and the bellboy were very helpful and courteous. We also dined at the western restaurant and were very satisfied on the food quality and the service of those staff.
I like to extend my appreciation to Tina & Christ (at western restaurant), Huang Man-kit (bellboy) and the front desk staff working on 5/8/2017. They lighted up our holiday during our stay there. Thanks.

Business trip back to DONGGUAN Again

This is our company contract hotel and is close to office. Feel comfortable to stay. Room is old but maintained in an OK condition. Breakfast buffet is so so quality. This is one of a few good hotel you may find and consider in Doungguan area. For people enjoy jogging, Qifeng park behind hotel is a good place to take a walk.
