Very bad experience
lade143on 20/08/2017 07:41Very bad and un ethical, un necessarily they have charged me Rs. 702/- for dinner, though my company paid for two day stay at this hotel, my check out time is 10pm, Including all charges My company paid in advance though they have charged me,
Before having dinner they have not intimated any thing about the dinner charges,
Please don't prefer this hotel.
Some things could have been better
wish_clickson 15/08/2017 19:27I was given a stay in this hotel by one of my vendor for an event in Vijaywada. Hotel is spacious . Rooms as good . Restaurant serves good Biryani . But service is too slow.
On should be ready to wait for some time to get attention. Reception is also very slow in operation. Breakfast spread is good. They have mix of indian and continental items in the breakfast.
Some what expensive though.
Wonderful Experience
anarneon 15/08/2017 11:50Very nice stay at this hotel for two nights. Right from check in all the way through check out it was efficiency all the way. Very clean bedrooms, linen, bathrooms. Staff were very communicative and courteous. Room service as well as in the restaurants was top class. Food was tasty and spot on. The General Manager - Mr. Berry - personally meeting and attending to each guest at breakfast was a touch of class. Strongly recommend this hotel for all types of trips and visitors.
Good Room but Pathetic service and Restaurant!
Rohit Son 13/08/2017 19:51I was there on business for 2 days. The rooms are good but the service is pathetic. I order breakfast at the restaurant it took over 25 mins to serve a single Dosa and Coffee.
Same day night when I ordered for Dinner, it took over an hour and the grilled chicken was so pathetic that couldn't chew through it.
In the morning at 7 AM I called the reception/room service to send in 2 bottles of water, reminded again after 15 mins, still didn't bother to send it.
The hypocrisy of the entire pathetic service is that the moment you enter the hotel through the door, there will be bell boys trying to grab your luggage to take them to your room or just wait at the lobby!
Pathetic restaurant
Chiku Jon 06/08/2017 16:51Aromas. The restaurant in Dv Manor has the worse service. Sitting at the table for 15 mins, no one comes to attend. The manager is so busy that he doesn't even have time to even listen to us.
Not even he has time to attend us when complained at the reception.
Further this was my third visit and in all my visits I had the same experience.
People, think twice before availing service of this restaurant.
