Super nice hotel with affordable rates. It is perfect for getaway from daily routine and enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The quality of beverages and food is high. It is located a little bit far from the walled city, but transportation is easy an affordable.

All the staff very Welcoming!

The hotel staff very friendly from the concierge all the way to the person that is cleaning. Breakfas very good. Room nice clean and confortable. I was a little taking back that they mentioned shuttle but you need to pay.

Great staff and relaxing stay at modern hotel

The staff at this hotel are really service-minded and friendly. The facilities are great and both rooms and the hotel in general appears modern and appealing. I had a wonderful massage in the hotel's spa and the pool is really nice and larger than I had expected from the photos.
Good breakfast as well and the restaurant also served great food for lunch and dinner. Would stay here again! And the beach has a lot fewer vendors compared to the beach in Bocagrande.

 The biggest downside is the location, which is mainly because there are no restaurants or bars in the area near the hotel. So if you want to eat outside of the hotel you will have to go to the old part of town, which is a 15/20 minutes drive for 15,000 pesos.
At the hotel the biggest downside was the music at the pool and jacuzi areas, which was mostly way too loud and hectic. Better with some nice quieting music.

Lovely hotel by the ocean in Cartagena

Radisson Cartagena hosted a group of us in Cartagena for a conference in April 2017. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the service was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and great coffee (obviously). Wifi was reliable and high speed. Great location on the ocean front, though it's an uber/cab ride to the old town and traffic can be heavy. We all enjoyed staying at the hotel and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I booked hotel on the trivago web site. Very easy and a very fair price. We stayed three nights and the room was excellent. The food in restaurant and the breakfast bar second to none in the Cartegna metro area. My biggest disappointment which ruined my stay was at the front desk at our checkout time. The front desk manager presented me with a security tax bill, which I did not understand why this was not explained on the trivago site at time of my original payment . I was treated very rudely by the front desk man when I asked him to explain this tax. I will not recommend this hotel or the trivago website in my future hotel reservations to my business associates or my friends. A big disappointment ending to a wonderful trip to Cartegna
