Do not stay here
_rene_camibaon 12/07/2017 20:09A group of 4 friends came to Guatemala City with Camiba Art Tours and decided to stay at this hotel. The experience was very unpleasant. Check in took forever and they could not find one of our reservations. This was after they had told us all was good in the morning when we first got there. Same day in the evening we had some very good drinks at the bar, ordered a second round and this time the same kind of drinks were awful. My room had mold in the shower/tub area and controlling the flow of warm water was extremely difficult. Old hotel too expensive for the price.
Worst experience ever
calvosanon 09/07/2017 23:58Extra charges were made to my card without letting me know, they invented an apparent damage in my room, that they never prove. The reception staff is really rude and they may be linked to a fraud system of extra charges. Beware of this hotel!!! There are better options in the same neighborhood.
Close to airport, safe
joefaulon 08/07/2017 01:36The Radisson in Guatemala City is clean and very close to the airport. They offer free transportation to and from the airport, which was very easy. The drivers are awesome and offered great advice for seeing Guatemala. Staff was very helpful and we checked in early twice. Definitely recommend this hotel.
