Ultimate Hotel for Stay

Disappointing Stay this time
Ravi Kon 06/08/2017 13:07We have stayed at this hotel from 2010 Every time we visit India we go stay there.
So this time General Manager & Rest of the Management knew exactly when we are coming. However our stay this time was not up-to the standards as a five star hotel should be, Treadmill in Gym was not working at all. In-fact Gym was moved to an outside balcony or some-sort of area. When I asked can I be taken to another hotel, for the Gym facilities, I was informed of the charges for the transportation & Gym facilities charges. Not sure why advertise something and not provide it, even in another alternate hotel.
@ 22:30 construction workers were hammering closer to our room, I had to threaten to call the General Manager for the noise. Only after hearing General Managers's name the noise/hammering was stopped.
wifi didn't work one night, & when I asked why I was told that IT technician will come @ 09:00 and will have a look into it.
One thing I found disturbing was that the staff will never get back to you.......You have to follow up with them, how far are they with your request.

manishmittal9on 31/07/2017 18:02The hotel is located quite far from Mall Road, so while you will be in peace you will be quite far from the main market area ( I kind of prefer this)
It's a huge property wide spacious rooms and awesome view from the balcony.
Food at the buffet is good and the spa is also pretty good.

mohamadis2017on 21/07/2017 19:01We had done booking through booking.com, we had charged very high rates, after that they had not given us breakfast, they had given us rooms with no view, bathrooms were not clean, also interior of the room was very old
