One of the best place to visit with family had an awesome time also the ambience is wonderful it makes you feel stress free must goo with your friends or family its a mind blowing experience aswell as the food provided is of good quality and you are offered with good hospitality.

Excellent location .Staff is courteous.food quality and service excellent.view from our room was picture perfect.grass elephant at lawn outside reception came as a happy surprise.had lots of photos there.

So beautiful...great lunch...we so enjoyed our time here..an amazing local lunch served with a wonderful smile. It is all served with an authentic manner and flair...it was a bit of a drive but the view of the waterfall made it worth it...

Great location, even better service

My wife and I visited Athirapally in June 2017.
The view of the falls from reception area was exquisite. If that was not enough, the view from our room (I booked a premium room) was even better.

Check-in:
The check-in was hassle free. We only had to provide our IDs. In the time they completed the check-in, we were provided welcome drink and enjoyed a great view of the falls.

Food:
They have a complementary breakfast. The local dishes - idly, vada, sambar, uttappam, upma, appam, curries, etc. were really good. Special call out to vada - crisp from the outside and soft from inside.
We also received complementary fruits and sweets (could be a seasonal thing), which came as a pleasant surprise to us as it was not mentioned anywhere.
Dinner was pretty good too - both north and south Indian. Again, a special call out to 'Tender Coconut' ice cream. Delicious.

Service:
Probably the best service I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They asked us about our lunch and dinner plans well in advance. They were punctual with the lunch/dinner timings as specified by us. I forgot to bring my cell-phone charger (type C). They didn't have one initially but probably bought a new one for my use. They would book autos / taxis for us to go to the city / airport / sightseeing as necessary.

In addition, they also provide some adventure / nature walks (for a fees). However, they warned us about the rains in advance and asked us to wait till the morning if we wanted to go on one of the walks (not like - ok, give us the money to book the walk only to later find out that it's raining. that's never a good experience).

Room:
The room was spacious. Plenty of space to move around. The room had enough essentials for 2 people - a king size bed, 2 single sofa, TV, locker, etc. The bathroom had a good view of the falls. We also enjoyed jacuzzi.

Location:
Athirappally falls is few hundred metres from the hotel. Charpa falls is ~3 kms and Vazachal falls is ~5kms from the hotel. It's a nice walk to both the falls.

Overall, it was a great experience for both of us.

In the lap of nature

Visited this property along with family in May'17, when the monsoon had set it. The entire resort overlooks the Athirapally waterfall which is a treat for the eyes.The greenery is very soothing and the property is well maintained. The staff is courteous and the food is yummy;since they serve Kerala food. Dont forget to visit the waterfall and also go for a nature walk. A must visit place if you are a nature lover.
