Very Bad Experience

We visited last week in this resort, and have very bad experience with this hotel.
Rooms - large room with dirty blankets without shops, shampoo, towels but with lots of insects ( see my picture).
Service- phone was not working.
Safari - One word cheater.. They booked safari for us and without updating anything they send us 40km away from Ranthambore nation park that too in canter @ 35 degree temperature to see nothing ( not even deer ) . That was zone 9 . Where any one go without any fees.
They cheated with us and without see any animals we came back to hotel.. My family was very upset and tried due to this hotel careless behaviour.

I request plz do not take this hotel if you are planing to go Ranthambore.

Attractive surroundings

The best part of the hotel was its fine green surroundings. You wake up in the morning to the calls of magpie robins, Indian robins, sparrows, mynas, squirrels etc.It is also not far from the park as we were generally the last to be picked up by the canter. The rooms were good and there's a small swimming pool too.
The season was still low when we went - first week of May 2017 - so we had personalised attention with a waiter (Manish) seeming exclusively for us. The food was rather oily despite the efforts of the waiter. Room service was poor with our room being cleaned only once in our 4-day stay (that too after our insistence) and linen not changed at all. The manager, Mr Khan was helpful.
But it was a good stay.

Good stay, helpful staff, very good service... being winter they provided good hot water and restaurant is also very good.. it's also located in very good location and very neat room.. I was here for business but very good for families too.

Great setting and spacious room

This hotel resort is located in a really nice setting with great views of the hills behind. The restaurant serves average food and is a bit overpriced but the staff were all friendly and it was clean.

The room itself was pretty clean, sheets were nice and the bathroom was also kept to good standard of cleanliness. The size of the room was very large with two sofas and a coffee table which make it an overall comfortable stay.

I would recommend this hotel for people staying in the area. Safari trips can also be arranged through your hotel booking.

Very gud place
scene of hills is so attractive
a very big garden to enjoy n play cricket, badminton, swimming pool
food was awesome.
Service was excellent.
Rooms r spacious And well maintained.
Food : GOOD but no traditional food available.
