Lovely weekend
GabrielGabi90on 06/03/2017 13:08I stayed with my partner one weekend and we liked it. The reception was kind, with smiles and a warm welcome. In the room it was a nice smeel and it looked spacious. The bed was nice (it seemed like the mattress was new), very confortable. The bathroom was ok, no problems at all.
In the end we had a good time and I totaly recommend this hotel!
Horrible place!
Geeeeshon 29/10/2016 17:20Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to that place! We ended up here upon a reservation made by a friend. We got room 205, on the 2nd floor. The room was so stinky from the sewer system that it was unbelievable. I asked at the reception if they were could give us another room, but they were fully booked. We were able to last in the room for less than an hour, cause the air in the room was simply unbreathable. We left the place and we asked if there is a chance for a refund, they said simply: no, cause you used the room. What?!? I left my business card at the reception, and they promissed me that the manager will call me. I am waiting for the call, othervise I will file in a complaint at the consumer protection agency for sure!

The air conditioning does not work. We stayed twice in august 2016, but the problem has not been solved ...
Glazing insulates NOT at all! Noise from the street, the Windows broken, the workers in the night across the street were too much!
Broken items in the bathroom were not repaired, Dale we announced.
Otherwise, the staff is respectful, speak nice but not fix the problems!
When it was new, had a design.
It requires great improvements!

339averagejoeon 18/12/2015 13:45I booked this hotel, because of it's good reviews, but upon arrival and stay I noticed several things that were not mentioned in any reviews. The hotel bed was very worn and the mattress badly needed replaced. The mattress bed spread had burn holes in it. I would have to leave the water running for several minutes before the water would warm up. The hotel WIFI never worked even though I ask about it everyday. I also had a friend that was a fluent speaker of Romanian ask about it and it still never was fixed. The wired internet in the room was also as useless because it failed to work any day as well.
the location of the hotel was nice to the downtown area, but there are several other hotels in the area as well.
I would pick a different hotel next time I visit Bucharest.
Bussiness trip
Primož Fon 13/09/2015 07:05Quite poor, smell from sewage, very hard sheets, not cleaning rooms, very small breakfast choice.
And this is not expirience from 1 room but 7 rooms ( coworkers). Therefore next time we go to Bucharest we will avoid this hotel.
