- NO balcony and NO safe in the superior room in spite of the ad promised.
- Air conditioning NOT included in the price
- LAZY, rude male staff (one of them just playing online games on the computer at the front desk all day long and gets angry if a guest 'disturbs' him with question)
- Serious problems at the breakfast:
--- ROTTEN food (meat and veg)
--- Almost NO food remaining after 8.30am (eg. no bakery, and no coffee, no milk, no hot water because they had problems with the coffee machine each morning)
--- Some times we couldn't get any spoons or knives in the restaurant
- Dirty bathroom and stinky towels
- Someone's underwear behind the heater

Too much money for this standard
Mengyi Lon 03/08/2016 08:39We stayed a weekend here and I have to admit that we've had better. The hotel itself is quite old-school with wifi not working properly. Room was ok but very standard. The courtyard was nice with parking space. Breakfast was very poor and refilled very slowly. For the money we paid (although I understand it's high season) I would have expected more.

My Hungarian cousin booked it because it was very cheap and we were expecting a "communist" type hotel Lovely seating area at front of hotel to have drinks in the sunshine. All room appear to have balconies , nice size room. Basic decor. Good shower over bath. Free WIFi. Basic but edible food. Excellent friendly staff. 5 minute walk to lake. Very good massage arranged by reception There is a nice sauna hot tub etc inside but no outside pool
Excellent value for money. Only major flaw is no air conditioning

Patrick Don 21/01/2014 08:45Spent 1 nights of quiet relaxation. Hotel in side road just a short walk (10 mn) from railway station and across the tracks from the lake front. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room needs a refresch but was clean, bathroom is good as well ..Breakfast was good ..Free parking ...So can not give a bad comment ...Good place for a stop over
don`t expect much
tinalatina17on 02/09/2013 12:43We spent 1 night in the Real hotel during our bus trip and have a good impression of the hotel.
Rooms are big and clean, bathroom is good as well. Breakfast was quite good, downstairs at the reception area there was wi-fi available and on the whole for overnight stay the hotel was fully suitable, otherwise I`m not sure about longer stays.
Staff at the reception was not really helpful and barely speaking English, but all in all this place is good if you don`t require too much from a 3*** hotel.
