haynes013on 24/07/2017 14:24Obviously they want to turn this hotel to kids park! With this price I paid for night USD $600, I expected an international luxury hotel standard but turned out its nothing but a kid park resort! Its terrible when you could hear kids screaming all day before they finally went to bed around 10pm.My room was at 4/F and we heard them screaming very loud from the pools. Also, its crazy when you could see the whole resort are packed with Japanese parents with kids.. the pools are packed with kids with life buoy.. we tried dinner at Umikaji and it was not a fine dine as I expected. Food were below average and kids everywhere!
We booked this hotel simply because they have a dolphin program that we wanted to try. However, they have such a poor policy that you can't make reservation before check in. it's full all the time and we could only do Dolphin kiss program.
STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE COUPLES AND ADULTS.
THIS HOTEL IS OVERWHELM WITH KIDS!
Buffet Restaurant
Dan Ron 18/07/2017 13:46We didn't stay here, but we're staying nearby, so enjoyed the 20 minute walk and ate at the buffet restaurant.
Very good quality food
Excellent selection of Sashimi, especially the Tuna and Salmon dishes
All other dishes were great too, steaks, salads, fish dishes, curries, great selection of fruits and breads.
Enjoyed the desert buffet too, including the freshly made pancakes, chocolate cake, and ice cream.
Expensive, but good quality food and good service.

We booked the Japanese style room for 3 nights (2 adults and 2 kids).
Many free marine activities.
You can enjoy free lunch if you are Club Savvy member (stay for at lease 3 nights).
値段一流・サービス三流/Caution!Terrible Hotel
mitaichi3on 06/07/2017 06:52チェックインに30分以上かかり、挙句に間違った部屋に案内されて、結局落ち着くまでトータル1時間。
377室に対して、エレベーター3機しかなく、常にエレベーター待ち。
駐車場もエントランスから徒歩圏に60-70台分しかなく常に満車。遠くの路地の先にある汚い駐車場にワゴン車で送迎されるので、気軽に出かけることもできない。
かといって、ホテル内サービスが充実しているかと言えば、朝食・昼食は10分以上待たされる。夕食に至っては「定休日」が存在し、早めに予約しないとすぐに満席になる。
「アクティビティが充実」とうたっているが、実際には月・水・金とか火・木だけ開催となっている。なので、当日に予約しようとすると既にいっぱい。結局、2連泊してチケット6枚もらったけど、2枚しか使えなかった。人生で最低最悪のホテルでした。
Checking-in is a first obstacle. It takes 30 min. or more.
This hotel has only 3 elevators for 377 rooms.Therefore, Guests hardly can access to other floors.
Capacity of parking lots nearby the entrance is 60-70, including parking lots on the other side of the street in front of the hotel.
Then, most of the guests need to ride the pick-up bus to use their cars, parked in far-away parking lots.
Guests have to wait 10 min. or more for breakfast,and lunch in the hotel.
Moreover, as for dinner, the restaurants have a regular holidays and its capacity is lacking for all guests. So, if Guests fail to make a reservation before checking-in, can't have a dinner inside the hotel.
Hotel activities also have a regular holidays, so guests can NOT enjoy the activities freely.
Everything written above is NOT described on this hotel's website at all.
As a result, staying in this hotel is like a jail time.
Great choice for family with kids
graceliang0611on 05/07/2017 06:46It's our second time to stay here. Surprisingly the service is even better!
We booked 2 nights for 2 rooms, one room for us(2 adults and 2 kids) and the other for our parents and my husbands' s nephew . We stayed in 10th floor. The room is as clean as I expected, but I think it's refurnished so looks newer.
We got several tickets to enjoy activities holding by the resort. There're a lot of activities to choose: snorkeling, sailing, fishing, swimming with tortoises/rays, banana boats, hand crafts....etc. Finally parents joined a sunset cruise, my kids joined a dolphin lesson and swimming with rays. They also joined a DIY lesson: Shaved ice. We had great fun in the in-door and outdoor swimming pools (both with slides), and the beach was clean and beautiful!
Their service is good as well. My husband's nephew got fever, so we had to take him to hospital. The hotel's staff helped to find out the hospital whose doctor can speak English.
The only thing I have to mention is about breakfast. In the morning they provide 3 restaurants for free breakfast. The food was yummy, the service was good, but I had to wait in a line because there're not enough seats. Hopefully this issue can be solved.
