Stayed here for a couple of nights. I liked that I could cook for myself and that I could open a window. The bed was too soft, that seemed to be our common theme but, overall a pleasant stay. There is some shopping and grocery stores within walking distance.

perfect for a business trip

Stayed here for three nights during a business trip to Toulouse. I had to be near the airport but wanted to be somewhere halfway airport and downtown with good access to the tram to the city/airport.

Residhome Tolosa offers good, clean, modern studios and apartments for a decent price. The rented studio had a decent size for a studio (=large comparable to a hotel room), seating, little kitchenette with kichenware, fridge and microwave, coffee and tea maker, as well as essentials for cleaning. + free wifi.

They also serve a good breakfast - a welcome service given that there are not shops and stores directly around the corner.

Tramstops are nearby (5-10 minute walk), getting you in 15 minutes at the airport or intp town (connection to subway). Quiet neighbourhood, large shopping center also a 10 minute walk away.

Overall, nothing fancy, but good value for money.

The hotel was very comfortable and a good value for the money. Our room had a kitchenette, that we really didn't need, except for the refrigerator. I also appreciated the warm towel dryer in the bathroom. It was a treat. The hotel had both and exercise room and laundry--both of which we used. I want to compliment the young man at the front desk for all of his help--Arnaud Goguclin, for going above and beyond to help us. Breakfast was also had a very adequate selection. We even got to cook our own hardboiled eggs--many hotels soft boil them.

bad timing

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon in July and checked in without any problems. Disappointed when informed that parking would be extra and very expensive. Also disappointed that breakfast was not included and also very expensive. Parked on the street and decided to buy supplies for breakfast. Unfortunately very few options within walking distance and everything was closed including a major shopping center and supermarket. I had to cruise around the city until I found a store to purchase supplies. After storing breakfast items, I walked around the area looking for a restaurant only to discover that there were very few in this area and at 8 P.M. they were all closed except for one Chinese restaurant and a Macdonalds. I ate at Macdodalds. Since everything was closed in this area I returned to my room. Sunday, I went to the center of the city and what a surprise, everything was closed. I wandered around looking at closed store windows until I decide to have a coffee at a sidewalk café. When I tried to order a coffee, I was informed that they would not serve just coffee, I would have to order a meal. I asked to see a menu and was told that they were not serving food because it was to late for breakfast and to early for lunch. No coffee either. I wandered around some more and found a place that was willing to work a little and had my coffee. For some strange reason there are only certain specific times that you can eat in a restaurant and even though they remain open they will not serve anyone. No wonder their economy is in trouble. Toulouse was a waste of time. There is no room service in this hotel and they stick notes all over the room telling you to take out the trash, wash the dishes etc, efc. I will not use this hotel again because it is expensive for what you get. Just a bed to sleep in and a place to leave your clothes. No other service.

Spacious and clean

We (family of two adults and three kids, 3, 6 &11) stayed there for two nights for a fast visit to Toulouse. The apartment (two bedrooms, toilet and kitchenette) was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. There is a paid parking of 8 euros per night. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the city centre by car. Breakfast could be added. It is basic but recommended. The sofa-bed at our room was a bit worn out but other than that everything was decent.
