Good except for their horrible staff

The resort is located centrally between Baga & Calangute. You would need to shell out 300 bucks to visit either of the beaches if you don't opt for scooty. The resort is quite spacious with plenty of rooms & the rooms are spacious too. They have a very nice pool, good food for breakfast. The lobby is enchanting too. The roooms could do with a bit more cleaning. There is no room service option.

However, terrible terrible staff. The receptionist had difficulty understanding English & she also misplaced my PAN card. I insisted that they had not returned it to me (after the check in formalities) and they did not even bother to check. The front manager called when we were on the way back home that he had found the PAN Card & would courier it to me. I kept following up but no response. Finally he said the courier was returned. I had earlier given my office address. I gave him my home address later on & he said he is going to be in that area in couple of days. My mom waited an hour for him at the place he had suggested but there was no sign of him. His phone is switched off since then.

If they can't take care of such a small thing, I don't know if they are fit to take care of their customers. Never recommending this resort to anyone.

Gud but need professional staff

Resort location is gud.
Staff need to be trained.
Wonderful ambience and service personnel ok.. bar was extremely awesome....
Pool was well maintained.
Enjoyable place for friends and couples.
Over all gud experience

One of the worst resort we have visited till date. No Maintainace, no room service, frogs in bathroom, AC not working, unhygienic floors, dummy TV (1980 model). Only good thing about this is pool which was well maintained. These ppl never accept cards, they charge extra 2%for it. Want only cash to accumulate the black money. No proper receipt/bills given. Please opt out from this dirty dungen. This is the bill they give (pic attached). There is no mention of TIN number /Vat number

We just came from our Goa trip today morning. Before going there, i just read some negative reviews about this resort but that was after we booked our package and we felt we were going to repent on our decision but after visiting this place i can say it was a good time and at least we are really happy with our stay that we had. The service is overall good and the view is really awesome. Although there were some trivial things that people living there were complaining (otherwise i wud have given 5 stars), but I dont think it is worth to mention here as overall it is a good resort with a good bar and really awesome pool area.

Not well maintained horrible place. The place is pathetic for the money you pay. Don't get fooled by the swimming pool and the pics which are totally fake on the websites. Not worth for money to stay in this hotel. Hope they dont know whats the meaning of 3 star.
