This is a hotel where the welcome is warm, the bedrooms huge and comfortable and where nothing is too much trouble.

The room service is incredible, really good food and a full menu brought to your door by kind, considerate staff.

I very special hotel which will last long in my memory.

The bandit 90-s are here to stay

A small hotel 20 mins drive from Yekat's center boasts 360 carpeting, ample golden decorum, poisonous coffee and a complete lack of client service.

During check-in the receptionist girl has informed me that I could order my breakfast in the room free of charge. Since I love having a coffee while doing my emails, I have left a filled out breakfast order form to the concierge's attention -- as requested by the rules -- the evening before. I was naively dreaming of getting my bfast at 7:30 am the following morning.

My surprise was quite big when not hearing anyone knocking on my door at 7:45 I called the reception only to learn that the room service bfast "was not functionning" that day. When I asked the receptionist why his lovely colleague has instructed me otherwise the evening before, he indignantly pointed out that "no-one has left him any bfast forms" and he could not help in any way.

Typical, as they say!

To complete the entourage there is a bullet-like hole in my window.

Go to Hyatt, gentlemen, don't even bother with Richmond.

Nice hotel and close to the center

Tiny bit of noise in the front rooms, very clean, helpful staff.
Went here on business, plain breakfast and very nice restaurant on the ground floor.
Probably the best for it's money in town and with nice rooms.
There is a bank, shops, bakery, atm, farmacy all within two minutes of this hotel.
Even a tram station, what more to expect.?

Nicely Done Though As If Missing Sth

I stayed at this hotel for the night in mid-March 2011. It is quite central. Not a lot of parking spaces available. The receptionists were helpful though you would expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel. The rooms were not as roomy as i would expect and it didn't look that comfortable. Everything was there but i didn't feel comfortable at all (little space, bulky beds). And i wasn't impressed with the bathroom - cheap and plain. I would give it 3 stars max.

Nice hotel near the centre of the city for business purposes. Clean and nice furnished rooms. Pretty and smiling reception staff. High-speed wireless internet access available. A little bit noisy at night cause my room was too close to the street. "Beacon and scrummbled eggs" breakfast but with fruits and vegatables choice. Excellent balance between price and comfort.
